I came here a while ago for a door dash order and had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive their order. The lady that was behind the counter was new and getting trained. Before me there were about 10 orders that had not been made yet. Now while that experience was not a pleasant one she did assure everyone that she was trying her best and to hold on a little longer and she kept talking to the customers throughout and that alone made me want to come back and try the food for myself

I've been to a couple of the locations and this one made me want to come back for another smoothie. I wish the cup was larger. It was thick like I like it and that has been a challenge to get my smoothie made l thick without the Banana.
My daughter is 26, and her smoothie was so good she use the old wise saying, “she put her heart in it,” we will be back Sunday after the gym.

First time here visiting family and got a Açaí bowl the Honey Bee and it was great.
Great Acai bowls. We love Acai bowls and get them a couple times a week at different locations. This location has frequently forgotten something in our order. Last time they did not give me my extra bananas. This time they forgot honey on all 3 bowls. The service is okay not great. I recommend the food just need the service to improve.

I enjoy this place in the spring and summer they have outdoor seating and limited indoor seating, but it is always bright and clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to chat.
I absolutely love their açai bowls.
They are refreshing and filling and good for you.

The service wasn't really all that. I went in ordering some bowls, and it almost seemed as if I was bothering the person taking my order. I wasn't offered a bag for the two bowls I had to take home, so I asked for a carrier at least. Was replied with "what?" and had to repeat myself since the worker had ear buds in. This location has a bit of work to do. I may just stick to Uptown Towson location instead.
