The tropical smoothie tasted bitter and not tropical at all. It was also chunky. The acai bowls are much better. Don't waste your money on smoothies from there
I always go to the Pure Raw Juice at 6809 York Rd. Everytime I go in they are always welcoming & very friendly. They take there time to get my orders right & the whole staff is great at what they do. I tried the Ratunda Shopping center location & they dont speak when you walk in most of the time & they don't even engage with the customers. So I will continue to travel all the way across town to my location on York Rd. I am very pleased with this one. So if you want great service & great health go to this location you wont be disappointed. ❤️

This location is absolutely outstanding. The customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the products consistently exceeds expectations. Unfortunately, the 10015 York Rd, Suite A1 Cockeysville, MD 21030 location does not offer the same level of service or overall experience as this one.

Pure Raw Juice always has really great smoothies and juice. I moved to the Federal Hill/Locust Point area about a year ago, but never visited because it’s listed on Google as not being wheelchair accessible. I use a wheelchair and this location actually is wheelchair accessible. There’s no barriers getting into the door or the area to order. The only area that doesn’t seem accessible is the upstairs part where extra seating is. They should probably fix this on Google.

I came here a while ago for a door dash order and had to wait at least 40 minutes to receive their order. The lady that was behind the counter was new and getting trained. Before me there were about 10 orders that had not been made yet. Now while that experience was not a pleasant one she did assure everyone that she was trying her best and to hold on a little longer and she kept talking to the customers throughout and that alone made me want to come back and try the food for myself
