Great Acai bowls. We love Acai bowls and get them a couple times a week at different locations. This location has frequently forgotten something in our order. Last time they did not give me my extra bananas. This time they forgot honey on all 3 bowls. The service is okay not great. I recommend the food just need the service to improve.

I enjoy this place in the spring and summer they have outdoor seating and limited indoor seating, but it is always bright and clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to chat.
I absolutely love their açai bowls.
They are refreshing and filling and good for you.
Parking: There’s several businesses in the vicinity, I’ve never had a problem finding parking -

The service wasn't really all that. I went in ordering some bowls, and it almost seemed as if I was bothering the person taking my order. I wasn't offered a bag for the two bowls I had to take home, so I asked for a carrier at least. Was replied with "what?" and had to repeat myself since the worker had ear buds in. This location has a bit of work to do. I may just stick to Uptown Towson location instead.

I ordered the smoothie that I normally get and I could tell by the color and taste that the smoothie was not made correctly. I contacted the corporate office and I was promised a refund. Three weeks later still no refund. I have sent numerous emails about this issue and the issue is still not resolved. They need to work on their customer service.

Great Acai bowls. They have forgotten my extra fruit last time. There is one order taker that is always on her cell phone and only helps customers when she looks up and she does not talk to the customer rather she just looks at you. I recommend the food just need the service to improve.

The environment was just ok but clean. The employees were meh at best. Lackluster personalities shouldn't be doing customer service or taking orders. However, the screen is flipped towards you for their tip to be given. I ordered a smoothie, and consistency and taste were good overall. Would I return perhaps but not definitely. I'd return to the one in Canton for sure. Towson has a little work to do.
