Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning on your trip, cause it definitely gave me food poisoning on my trip. The food was suspect (all the meat looked day old) but since I'm vegetarian I thought it would be ok. Nope. Day after next I was done in and hadn't eaten anything else questionable. Service also gets 1 star for serving that jacking up my vacation.

Me and my family had a layover at this airport that turned into 8 hours so we chose Qdoba because it was closer than other food options. When I walked up to the counter to order my bowl, I spoke and said “hey, how are you?” No acknowledgement. She just stared at me. I ordered 4 bowls total, they were not busy at all yet she wanted to get an attitude because she thought we were done. She said “what did you want because I thought you were done ordering, there are people in line” (THEY JUST WALKED UP) so I told her what I wanted and loudly said that she had a nasty attitude.

I let the person at the cash register know about the girls horrible attitude but she didn’t acknowledge me at all either. Clearly she’s part of the problem. This was our first experience at Qdoba and it was horrible. If you don’t like working with the public and don’t want to open your mouth and speak or TRY to be polite, maybe don’t work at an airport where thousands of people are everyday!

I'm suprised this place doesn't have a better rating being that I had a very good experience. It was lunch time and busy but the staff was motivated, very efficient, and perfectly pleasant. They gave me a good amount of food for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again the next time I come through BWI.

No eggs and cheese at breakfast!!!! Only meat and potatoes. Employees poorly trained and didn’t know how to use the airline vouchers. Terrible attitudes from the employees, really quick to say no to any request. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The staff working were incredibly fast and pleasant. I had not ate at qdobas in years so i was very excited to see this location while i was traveling. From start to finish I had a great experience. Will definitely return when i come back to this airport.

I stopped here today as I was at BWI earlier than I needed to be. I enjoyed my chicken burrito. It was just as good and filled with ingredients just like the one I enjoy at home. If I am at this airport again, I would stop here.

The two ladies working the line were very unfriendly to the point they appeared frigid towards the customers. The customer in front of me informed them this was his 1st experience eating at any Qdoba. Instead of using this as an.opportunity to make sure this was a pleasurable experience, they treated his order like a seek and destroy mission. They were short with him while answering his questions. Additionally, he had to ask the same question multiple times. They were too close for them not to be able to hear him yet he had to repeat. It was quite evident that they were bothered by him.

My wife and I had a layover at BWI and decided to grab something to eat. We saw QDOBA and figured we’d give it a shot since it had been a while. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake.

The service was incredibly poor. The two women behind the counter, especially an older blonde woman, were rude and clearly in a hurry. Every time I asked for an ingredient in my bowl, she interrupted with an impatient “Is that all?”—rushing me through my order. When I asked for salsa, she gave me a tiny scoop. I politely asked for a little more to keep the bowl from being dry, and she said, “That’ll be extra.” I agreed, but was shocked to find out at the register that the small additional scoop cost $2.

The cashier, who was much friendlier, seemed sympathetic but hesitant—likely intimidated by the same blonde woman who had been so rude. That dynamic alone was uncomfortable to witness.

As for my wife, she asked for sour cream on the side of her quesadilla. The blonde woman rolled her eyes but said “yes”—only to never actually give it to her. After we paid, my wife went back to ask for the sour cream. The blonde woman ignored her and several other waiting customers, staying behind the counter but refusing to acknowledge anyone. Thankfully, the nice cashier helped my wife and handed her the sour cream without issue.

Overall, this location was a huge letdown. The food was average at best, and the service was far worse than you’d expect—even at a busy airport. I strongly recommend avoiding this spot and spending your money elsewhere.
