Snowball was 90% marshmallow, 5% ice and the rest...just cup....paid for a regular egg custard with marshmallow got a small....won't go back, don't recommend. Also staff needs to work on customer service skills ASAP.
My Reese’s specialty snowball tasted like perfume, strangely. I’ve always had a good experience with them in the past. This time I was disgusted and disappointed :(
Just ice and flavor, friendly people..
My favorite treat on the planet
Their snowballs make life worth living.
Snowballs are okay but their high school employees have, year-after-year, served their friends while I've already ordered and paid in front of them. The customer service is extremely inconsistent and oftentimes unprofessional. After making us wait, the second half of my order was made poorly, with too much juice, so they doubled up the cups... As someone who works in Hampden, it is simply part of the neighborhood to be good people and I haven't seen this from your business. I really used to enjoy this spot but you've lost a customer this summer
The mango chile speciality snowball is fantastic! I’ve also really enjoyed the piña colada and the pineapple upside down cake. Definitely stop by for dessert if you’re in the area, especially on a hot day!
The peaches and cream was amazing!
Edit: Went there this past Summer. I don't know what happened to the "quality" but I was unimpressed. I will not be returning.
Not really my thing but the snowballs are good and you will find flavors that you can't anywhere else. And the staff is terrific.

If I’m paying $6 for ice, syrup and marshmallow, please fill the freaking cup. Sheesh.

Unfriendly teen girls who were bothered by everyone. Snowballs were over priced and very mid. All syrup and barely and actual ice.

These snowballs were delicious. They had a little something for everyone. I just like a simple egg custard and vanilla mix with marshmallow on top. It reminded of the snowballs I had as a kid.

Staff wasn’t friendly nor receptive to our excitement They were out of several ingredients so we had to change what wr came for. we enjoyed 1 out of the 4 specialty snowballs we ordered Strawberry Shortcake was Devine Captain crunch was pretty good Fried ice cream was difficult to eat and pineapple upsidedown cake was ok once you got to the middle Locals were rude and there is no where to sit and enjoy your snowball so you either eat in your car or drink it once you’ve gotten home. I wanted to like this place but in my opinion it’s over rated
Parking: Get in where you fit in
Kid-friendliness: There is no where to sit. It’s directly on a busy street and it’s not a kid friendly environment

Cutest dessert place in Baltimore! We were served by Hannah, who was so sweet and recommended s’mores and snickers! Vegan options
