I ordered my meal through the app. I live 15 minutes away. When I got there I received the notification that my order was ready for pickup. I walk up to the pickup line and the staff just looks past me like im invisible. I wait a minute and one staff member packed up my order and put it on the back counter. I'm literally standing in front of him. Another customer comes in to pickup an order and he gets his right off the line. I'm still waiting. I finally ask is my order is ready and show my order number and he takes my order off the back counter. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if this is the outcome? Also I love all people and wish everyone well but a lot of the staff needs to learn English a little bit more. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

I'm a bit disappointed but the blame on me for hoping that the salmon avocado would be a bit safe to eat. I didn't even opened the container before getting a hit of a weird smell and once I opened it definitely didn't smell pleasant, i looked around and prayed i dont get sick. I tried one and immediately threw it back out. I couldn't even eat the rest of the food from how grossed out I was. Waste of money, can we get good authentic chinise or sushi spots comment below instead please. Because this ain't it.

We ordered from this particular Quickway in Havenwood area. We asked for a delivery. It never arrived. So,we had to go get it after 45 mins.of waiting. When we got there the Chinese man in charged we asked could he recook our order since its been there so long. He threw his hands up and yelled no. Now this was my first time and there were no customers in the place,at that time. It really was no need for this. I usually go all the way out to Goucher at that Quickway Hibachi. They are much more pleasant out there. We ended up leaving the plate at Havenwood. I won't return to that location.

Today I ordered a salmon x salmon platter for lunch. The food was good, but my salmon was not descaled. That made me lose my appetite. Some may like it that way, but not me. All three pieces of salmon had scales on them still. I love the skin on the salmon, but take the scales off. You have to clean fish before serving.

They ignore the online orders and make in-house orders first then they don’t know what they’ve made and what they haven’t made instead of just making them in the order and which they’re placed

My husband purchased our dinner this evening. I get half way done eating my food and there was hair in my food. Please invest in hair nets for your staff. It should be required when working with food.

Good prices, tasty food, fast service, it is usually filled with MSU students. There is no decoration, it is a box, tables and floors should be cleaned more often.
