Very disappointing 1st visit. I was looking forward to some yummy tofu hibachi served with rice and mixed vegetables. What I got was very tasty tofu over way too much dry white rice and the vegetables were mostly sautéed cabbage with a few pieces of broccoli. No ambiance at all if dining in. Will not return.

I ordered from this place 2 days in a row cuz there food was good and I shared it with my husband and son and me and my son had to go to the hospital last night due to after eating this food when we were completely fine and ended up getting food poisoning and now my husband is going through the same thing will never eat from this place again

If you want low quality meat with no season this is the place for you. I watch them put raw unseasoned chicken on the grill then pour a bunch teriyaki sauce all on it . Lol. Hell no I walked out.

I enjoyed this location a Quickway. A friendly still have was attentive and willing to assist with menu choices. Restaurant was clean.A very spacious. The food was hot and ready to go and a reasonable time. My heads off to the staff imagine of this location.

today was their grand opening and i went in to just get a side of fried rice. i had already eaten and just wanted a little more food so that's all i got. when i ordered the two people taking my order started to laugh at me for just ordering a side of fried rice. when i was 16 i had a very bad eating disorder where i would starve myself for days and refuse food and it took me a long time to get to a healthy place like where i am now. this small woman was laughing in my face with her coworker who confirmed with me 5 times that i just wanted rice. i asked her what was so funny and she didn't stop laughing until she saw i was serious, said "sorry" and continued to laugh. it very well could have been the first thing i ate in like three days if i was still that 16 year old. if i could give 0 stars i would because the rice isn't even good. i don't deserve, nor does anyone, to be made fun of for my order no matter what it is. i'm very upset and disappointed, i will be getting my Japanese food from somewhere else from now on.

Quickway is one of my favorite places to eat, so I was super excited that this one was finally open in my community.So about my trip yesterday… very clean, very new but has a odd smell. Like chemical or plastic… maybe because the place is new..not sure.Now every Quickway I’ve ever been to always ask when ordering if you want more shrimp, well they didn’t ask, therefore I didn’t get it, which would have been more $ for them…My order took forever… almost 15mins. They had the food ready but the person that was in charge of bagging everything up and sending food out was slow.But overall I’m glad that they’re in Northwood and my food was good.Improvements…. Better customer service, more staff ( you are going to have a lot of business being near the college and me “the regular” customer don’t want to wait so long).And for this is for the shopping center as a whole… consider getting Morgan State police or security to patrol and not that wack security that you currently have. There will be a ton of patrons very soon and you need to keep everyone safe!Update: I went back last week and the service was much faster and my food agin was good.
