For the past half hour I've been watching the chef handle prepared food (fries, buns, etc), a broom or mop, and a dirty rag all with no gloves on and no handwashing (he hasn't left my sight, otherwise I would see). I guess this would be invisible to the customers at most restaurants... but not today. Also, too expensive.

Manager Chris really lacks customer service skills, while his bartenders incompetence delayed a customer from catching a flight manager Chris stepped in!!

Unfortunately Manager Chris, also lacking customer service skills and general business knowledge only made matters worse.

Manager Chris, cost the company money, cost the employee money and also caused multiple people to leave.

While I understand finding good employees can be a challenge. When dealing with Managers, your company has chosen a very piss poor manager!

The male waiter was so terrible that I left and didn't even drink the $21 Guava Martini.

Arrived at R&R on a Sunday morning. Went for breakfast. We were informed that there was no food available. Only alcohol. Apparently the cook was a no show. We were told that the manager was on the way. Waited 2 hours until we could get food

3 stars ONLY because of the food. The staff and drinks were GREAT!!! I had a very taste Manhattan, which I do strongly recommend.
I originally wanted the oysters but the restaurant didn't have them (probably out of season). However, they were still on the menu.
I ordered the crab cake Caesar salad for $39.99. I was hoping to get a flavorful crab cake that would justify the price. But I didn't. The crab cake with so blend (watery), I relentlessly added salt and their seafood seasoning throughout the meal. It is hard to describe the filling they used in the crab cake but i am not a fan. Overall, a flavorless $60 bill was heartbreaking. Yet, undestandble due to the up charge and gamble for eating at the airport. I recommend this place for the drinks and the friendly staff but skip the food.

$52 for two spritzes...... We noticed this but to avoid arguments we paid. NEVER AGAIN. The fried chicken was good and the price was correct but for two spritzes you can't charge that amount.... Two normal sized glasses by the way.....

Fairly cold welcome and service.

Convenient location after security checks.

Neither I nor whoever was with me will return. There are other options.

Service was excellent and shrimp tacos were fire! Thanks to my server, Xiomara, I had an iced tea in front and my taco order placed by the time I sat down! She made it happen. I almost ordered another plate of food, just to hang out and enjoy the tea and great service.

The tacos were seriously the perfect meal after an eight hour day of flights and layovers. I would have to guess the shrimp is local. It was fresh AF.

Don't be surprised to see me again!

Vegetarian options: There's veggie options.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room to spread out with the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: All wheel chair accessable.

First off - I don’t expect much when it comes to airport food if I’m being honest. Second - this place rocks. After being turned away by several eateries prior to 9pm as they were closing soon I was racing through the airport looking for another place to have a beverage and get some food due to my flight being delayed until close to midnight. Enter staff member who clearly sees me in distress and hungry after traveling all day say hey the kitchen is going to close soon come order! She gave me a stellar recommendation and placed an order for me just in time. Had she not called me over despite the full bar counter I think I would have missed the opportunity to eat ‘real’ food that evening. Quickly a spot became available so o was able to sit down before my food arrived. Thank you mysterious person! Although a bit pricey the crab roll was dynamite and worth every penny. Wine was also very good and the bartender was open later than the kitchen - another victory!

P.s. the tots were crispy and perfect

I sat down and just because I had my food with me since I have many diet restrictions, the Bartender Michele verbally accosted me and forced me to order a drink to sit here . The music is too loud and there are loud drunk people next to me :( not recommended at Gate 14 BWI . I travel the world regularly this is unacceptable!

Although I did not dine here as I had already eaten, I was in search of a glass of wine before my flight and discovered this place. Initially I explored another option in the airport that I walked past but fortunately they had closed early, leading me to R&R. The staff were absolutely exceptional, and expect I shall likely make this my first stop when passing through BWI in the future!

An outstanding bar for a layover in an airport. The drinks were perfect, the food was delicious (tho a bit pricey), the tend staff were happy and helpful, and the other guests were friendly.

Please do not eat here. I saw shrimp being left out for an amount of time that was not healthy.

Kevin was a great bartender. A slinger of the highest status. Got all our lame jokes. Was a blast!

Stopped here when my flight to Detroit was delayed and was surprised by the excellent quality of the food and the friendly nature of the staff.

Marquita was working the bar. Despite things being super busy, she was gracious and was expedient and hustling to keep everyone happy.
