This place serves crab food at ridiculous prices. $20 for a dried out piece of meat on a chicken sandwich with buns that were stale and Fries that were soggy this place is disgusting do not go here. I asked for a refund and it was never given and they have never answered any of my phone calls. But I will get my money back.

Food was OK, but on the pricey side but it's at the airport so.... The service was pretty bad and the employees were confused and not real attentive. It's again in the airport so atmosphere is kind of a mute point, but it's all open and the seating is out in the open floor space of the concourse. Good for people watching I guess.

I always wanted to stop by this location due to my love of my seafood. It was not what I was expecting. Bartender named Amy seemed friendly. However, she could have done better. She didn't let me know what was not available when I got there, so when I placed my order for food she let me know they have been out of chicken and it was supposedly on its way. ( I didn't order any seafood because i was sitting right by the oysters, and it had a very strong scent and not very appealing, I love oysters btw) when I got the check, I noticed it said double for drinks and I asked about it if i wanted a single or double. She stated it was always automatic when ordering a martini ?. I have always been asked when ordering beforehand. She was short, and she had her air pods in taking personal calls while serving. I recommend just going to Miss Shirley's instead of here.

Sat for 10 minutes after being told to sit anywhere. server never came back but it instead went to other people who went up to bar to get service.It seemed like the server was handling the table section and bar.You need a lot of time set aside to eat here.

I haven't really tried the food here but this is my go-to for drinks when leaving out of A12-16 at BWI. Service is always on par and right in the middle of all those gates so you don't kiss any announcements. Ambience is what to be expected in the middle of terminal.
