The worst food I've had in 2025. The food had no flavor, was messy on the plate, and tasted terrible. I would not eat here ever again. I don't suggest eating here.

This placed opened across from my job not too long ago. The staff is very nice and helpful. The drinks and food is good. Pricing is not bad at all for the quality and quantity of food they give.

In town and heard about this place from staff at my hotel. Greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. Guillermo's suggestion offered of chilaquiles with steak and eggs was phenomenal, seasoned perfectly and generously portioned with fresh flavors throughout. One of the best food experiences I've had in Baltimore or anywhere in a long time! Cheers to R&R!

The meat is gamey and smells like they butchered a whole cow in the back , almost like a metallic or organy taste… or even maybe the meat wasn't properly handled.

I wanted this place to be better. The ambience is inviting, and its terraced seating is architecturally interesting. Sadly, though, the bar itself seems like an afterthought, something tucked away in the corner.
The tacos were decent. But the service? Oh boy. I waited (at the bar) for maybe ten minutes before finally seeking out a server. The food was served quickly enough, but the chips and salsa somehow arrived after my entrée. After my meal, I sat patiently for the server to return, which she didn't, so I had to again seek her out. The kicker? I was one of two patrons in the restaurant.
What a frustrating experience.

Food is absolutely delicious and refreshingly authentic. I've had Huaraches, pupusas, tamales, and the quesabirria and it has all been wonderful.
We frequent the restaurant frequently as I work nearby. Always a friendly atmosphere and they take care of you like family. Food is always tasty and the happy hour specials are an absolute deal.

We decided to visit R&R Taqueria after the concierge at our hotel informed us that this was one of her favorite places to eat in the area, and she was right! The food was fantastic and so was the staff. We ordered lamb tacos and even tried some amazing lamb soup. Everything was seasoned well, and authenticity prepared.
