So glad to have found a late night place in Baltimore! I enjoyed the happy hour at 10pm. The restaurant is quite spacious and well-kept. The sushi portions are big and the fish tastes fresh. We got shumai, miso, viva las vegas roll, and rainbow roll. I hope to come back again!

Best sushi ever! Go during happy hour for half prices because they're not expensive but not cheap ;)Edit: Been going to this place for over 10 years now and the quality has remained consistent. The Viva Las Vegas and crunchy calamari rolls are my all time favorites, you can't leave without trying those! The pineapple cream cheese wontons are surprisingly addictive and the pork gyoza are bomb.We now have a baby and the staff is so sweet and accommodating for us. I swear, last visit most of the staff came by to say hi to my little one and make her smile ?. We love this place and are always excited to eat way too much sushi.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator for wheelchair access!

I have come here for years with and without family. The service seems to get worse and worse. At first RA was a great restaurant with great service and nice people. Recently the people have had attitudes when greeting you at the door. To get drinks you have to wait 30 minutes sitting down and that is on a slow day without many people here. The atmosphere needs to get back to where it use to be. The food is the same though and taste very good.
My first time visiting the restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is very clean & the decor is very eclectic. The sake is very good & flavorful. My lunch date had the Scallops dynamite-which was very good! And I had the California roll as an appetizer & it came out as a full size serving & the mango shrimp tempura roll. We also had the tempura ice cream, which was excellent !! The only downside to the visit is that it was a challenge to find street parking in this area. I hear that evening Happy hour is very lively and do plan to return.Parking: Meter parking in the street.

Felt like a nice environment. It was annoying that the menu lacked both pictures and descriptions. Since they didn't have a lot of the traditional sushi rolls it made it hard to choose. I will give them the plus side that they did also have some poke bowls and ramen to choose from. They oddly lacked bento boxes. And I wish their server was more attentive because I had to repeat my order multiple times and then later he forgot to refill my lemonade and was slow to refill my water. We even had to wait to get the check. Since he didn't notice when we had finished and it wasn't even that busy.

If you’ve been in Baltimore long enough you know RA is an oldie but goodie. They definitely provided a welcoming environment. Our waitress Faith was super kind, patient and knowledgeable about the menu in terms of providing us with suggestions. She and the manager Doug ensured I was safe with my shellfish allergy. I enjoyed the ramen and spring rolls both prepared deliciously. The food was great! We will definitely return!! So happy there’s wonderful staff here to make the experience A-1! We will definitely be back!

Before the full review, a shoutout to my server, Traibean (Trai for short), good server, treats you just like a normal person, not over the top fake happy service, just a generally nice guy who will even crack a few jokes and makes you feel genually welcome even on a busy Friday night. Ask for him if hes available.Now on to the overall review. If you're looking for a true authentic sushi place, Ra's may not be for you, but if you're looking for general good sushi and food, Ras is a great place. I'm not a huge raw sushi fan, but they have plenty of selection for all tastes. It's one of our go to places for good food with a good atmosphere, this last time was just extra exceptional thanks to our server, Trai. FYI, not the best parking, but there is a while foods garage nearby, though it's $12 for 1-2 hours.

2018-Great sushi and fast service. ☆☆UPDATE☆☆ 3/21/24, I haveever left a bad review before but THIS WAS BAS. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Changed recipes-ok, garlic edemame was sitting in 80%, oil, gross. Brought out half our appetizers, $13 FOR margarita with no salt, in a 4oz glass with 2oz's of ice. $40 for filet mignon, "jumbo" shrimp that were medium sized and about $0.50 worth of chicken, filet was cooked properly. NONE of it had ANY seasoning whatsoever. Asked for salt n pepper so it had something on it. Chili shrimp roll-bottom half was just BARELY warm and the top half was ice cold from the fridge. Scallop dynomite roll was just okay id say. Burnt but not too bad. Used to LOVE this place but we will NEVER GO BACK.

Absolutely love this place!!!!! The rolls are really good and the drinks are always on point . My Favorite part however, is the star bartender naveon. He went above and beyond to make sure it was an experience and not just dining out.
