Ramen Utsuke, near the convention center in downtown Baltimore, offers a cozy atmosphere and flavorful ramen options. The tonkatsu black and red ramen dishes were delicious, with perfectly cooked noodles and satisfying broths. The restaurant provides quick and efficient service. You must try the Naruto ramen or the vegan ramen. The food presentation is great, and the prices are excellent. Customers were surprised to see Unagi Donburi and chose this instead, with zero regrets. One day they'll come back for the ramen. This place was great for parties, including kids, on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious and came out super fast, which was great for hungry crowds. Definitely recommend for sushi and ramen. If you’re looking for a good ramen spot in Baltimore this definitely should be high on your list! Also, probably the most reasonably priced dinner you’ll find in the Inner Harbor area. The chicken katsu bowl and spicy miso are delicious and have very generous portions that are often enough for leftovers. The wait staff are always friendly but they can definitely get busy during dinner rush, so if you’re in a hurry definitely get to-go. Overall, a fantastic spot for a tasty bowl of ramen, especially if you're a ramen enthusiast in the area.
