Made special trip here in bad weather. We arrived 20 min before closing time and they told us the kitchen was closed to our party of 5. I guess getting out early was more important than servicing customers! I can only imagine what their level of service would have been had they actually allowed us to eat!

Presentation of the food was beautiful, but flavor was lacking, and ramen was barely warm. I was hoping for better. I ordered the classic shoyu with straight noodle and pork instead of chicken.
Excellent service and awesome food only problem is no bar spot for single people to enjoy.

The food was overall great. I arrived a little late with my husband, and we encountered a server who was not the nicest, which made us very uncomfortable. I’m sure my husband specified that he did not want cream cheese as he is lactose intolerant when we advised the food runner it should be without cream cheese the server came over aggressively and started to question why we sent the food back stating my husband said he wanted cream cheese i was bit shocked by the response almost as if she was trying to force him to eat the cream cheese when he couldn’t he is lactose intolerant we received the bill she actually refused to take the incorrect sushi off and we had to have assistance with the manager very uneasy we left a tip for the other nice young lady who served us she was very sweet saved the day but the original server i felt like she wanted to literally fight over our order that we paid for it was so uncomfortable we stayed for like 15 min after theencpunter we left she was very rude first time going and i will never return due to the experience with the rude server

Terrible service, I was waiting in line and some uber delivery driver just cut to the front. Made all the clients wait while they served the delivery driver, even though we made it clear we were waiting well before they came in. Maybe just faster ordering to ur home???
