Requested to have baleadas with chicken for myself and my coworkers and when the order came, no chicken. Employee refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake and gave me 3 baleadas without any chicken nor would fix the issue and get a new order with chicken. Not only was I given the wrong order, but my food was ice cold...Highly dissatisfied with this customer service.

Horrible customer service they gave me some cold food from the day before and when i asked for a discount/compensation they said they wasn’t allowed i didnt even touch the food the waiter never came to check on us , literally had us yelling in there for her to come outside with the check .

It's not to be bad but it's better to cook at home????

He recommended the place, it doesn't look so luxurious but the food ? is delicious, an authentic flavor ?? and you find a stocked grocery store that will make you remember your childhood, churros, coffee, donuts and much more ?? pinol and don't forget to play the party balloon game ? ?

In this place, the food is not bad, the bad thing is the prices, and twice they charge me for tips that I have not consented to. The tips are supposed to be your will, whatever you want to give depending on the service, not what I do. They have to charge by law but it is incredible how they take advantage of the will of the people and call themselves a Christian restaurant....

Very good food, it's like being at home, a 10 for the cheese pupusas.

I give them two stars because the food is good, but I must say that the service is terrible, and apparently they don't have a juice extractor. The restaurant is full of smoke and one comes out with a lot of smell of oil and it is very unpleasant. I had an incident. I got a cockroach in my food and the waitress tried to blame me and told me that it was strange when I brought it I didn't look at it there ? well anyway there are better restaurants around
