I went here because of a recommendation. Glad I did. The chicken was moist and tasty. The sides were large and good. The restaurant was clean. Service was quick.

Late post: 12/21/2019 This is such a gem! Very good food, friendly staff and really has reasonable price. Had to run here for lunch one Saturday that I forgot to bring lunch to work. Been here before, but never really made a review. Food is awesome. I ordered 1/2 chicken, dark meat, fried plantain amd fried rice. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Will definitely come back and will try other sides. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love pollo so much in fact I sometimes dont even buy groceries. I normally get two whole chickens with six sides. It is incredibly fresh and tasty plus Antone, Manny, Johnathan and Kimberly are super cool!!! Highly recommended unless you dont like tasty food!!!! Se la va comer ricoooo

I was in Baltimore for a conference recently and wanted a lunch place that was not in the hotel. Pollo did the trick. I'm a big fan of this charcoal chicken and this place makes a decent example. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked well. I like mine a little more on the crispy side, but this was crispy enough. They also do bowls of meat and rice and whatever else you want on it, which looked great and seemed a popular choice. Sides looked good, too but I only had salad. The place was clean and the staff attentive and friendly. Recommended.

Came to get a bite to eat while my daughters were watching Hamilton across the street. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken tacos and he hooked them up. I recommend this little place to anyone in the area. I would have given them five stars but they used pre made taco shells.
