Ordered a large ice cream cone. I wanted a concrete but they couldn't do that. $8 for a large ice cream cone, nothing was large about it but, fine as long as it taste good, no it taste like regular soft serve ice cream not custard from rita's. I threw it away. Won't be returning to this location.

Awesome place to grab something to cool you down on a hot summer day. The hotter it is, the longer the lines are but they move quickly. Many different flavors of Italian ice and ice cream. Pretty cool overall.

Awesome service, flavors and staff. Love the new location in Pikesville. You’ll also see them on site supporting many local events in the area for a great cause. By the way they’re open year round now if you have a winter sweet tooth.

The service and the facility itself is clean and good yes. however, the flavors are completely watered down. None of them hold flavor at all if I refreeze them the lemon taste just like water not a bit of tart there at all I got a tropical punch flavor that was supposed to taste like Kool-Aid and it just tasted like candy, the cotton candy flavor that I received was completely watered down And when I refreeze it, it was rocksolid as if it was a significant amount of water included in the mixture. I used to work for Ritas, so I am aware of how much sugar and balance goes into the product.overall i’m just sad because its walking distance from my house(3 mins) i really would like to continue going but something does need to be done. Inflation is hurting all businesses i understand. BUT we are paying the prices so you have to accommodate.
