Don’t pay with cash. They will tell you that you paid with a smaller bill and refuse to show security tape. Rude employee yells at customers. Owners didn’t respond. They are ok with employee keeping customers $$.

Rude staff. Don’t pay with cash. They give the change for the wrong amount tendered and take no responsibility. The franchise owner didn’t respond to their own company. Had the employee respond. Security tape would prove but they won’t provide. Don’t use cash there.

The service was excellent. Later I realized I had lost my wallet. I had been in many places and thought I might have to cancel my credit card, get a new driver's license, etc, Luckily I called Rita's which was where I dropped the walletThank you Rohul, Mike and Zack.Mark

Typical Rita's. Has nice place to sit outside.

The staff here is extremely nice and friendly. They have great outdoor seating for the warmer months. The location of this ritas is great. The store is clean. The ices are delicious both in the summer and the winter. They don't have a huge selection of flavors, but they seem to always have basic crowd favorites.

As we arrived, the only employee there was walking out and locking the door. We asked if he was closing early (it was an hour before closing). The employee said "I'm going on break". And he was the only one there... So we waited until he returned. As we were placing our orders, he seemed to not know what he was doing and had to come out from behind the counter to see the sign in order to know how to make things.When we recieved our order, no one thought it tasted good. The texture was terrible. We are from out of town and had been told we should try Rita's before leaving. We are filled with regret. My kids, who have had it before have said or does not normally taste bad, so I'm left to believe it has to do with the associate who clearly had no clue what he was doing. Total waste of money, and not cheap at all. Will definitely never be back and recommend to anyone considering to not waste their time.
