Rita’s Inner Harbor recently catered one of my office’s events. They were kind, receptive, and helpful with all instructions. They went out of their way to make the event a success. I would definitely consider them for another event in the future.
We had a large group order of 47 ices after a Harbor Cruise and the Rita's team handled it seamlessly! From the pre-orders to the pick-up, everything worked out great with professionalism from all Rita's staff involved. I highly recommend this location.
Love Rita's in general but this location is perfect since nothing beats enjoying a frozen custard or Italian ice on the pier and enjoying the day. Really popular on the weekends so sometimes lines but weekdays during work, it is nice to just come by for a snack during lunch. The prices are a little higher than Rita's located in the suburbs but well worth it for the quality and getting to enjoy it right on the pier. Staff has always been friendly but they are busy so...
