Love Rita’s. It never fails to make my day. They have all the options here. Parking is kinda annoying but if you go behind the iron rooster there are spots. There’s also a playground next door!

Trying to figure out why I walked my all the way over here for a pup cup to cool off, something I do maybe once a year for him, which in the past has always been a tiny vanilla ice cream, for them to hand me a tiny black condiment cup of whip cream with a milk bone. My dog is allergic to chicken so he just gets the ice cream and not the treat (which not their fault, we just throw the treat away and eat the icecream) … this time he got a single lick of whipped cream and sat there...

So the fat kid inside of me loves Rita's swirl ice cream. I get one of those and I feel like OJ did when he first met Nicole. Sheer bliss.

Alas, the kiddie size. The smallest size. Is like $5 and some change. Five dollars for a kiddie cone? ??‍♂️ And so, though I love Rita's inflation got me messed up and I'll only be frequenting there once a quarter.
