This is the best grilled cheese I have ever had in my life! It's truffle and bacon. The salted caramel latte is very sweet (which is how I like coffee). The vibe is very cozy/boho, and really cute. It is a little loud in here.

Cute little spot (little being the key word). Drinks were great, I got a cocktail and my friend got the cappuccino. The coffee was one of the best she has had and my cocktail was nice. The food was delicious, they specialize in biscuits and you definitely have to try them. The table next to us got the monkey bread and it looked to die for, will definitely be ordering that next time. Service was a little slow but I think that had to do with the layout of the space and how new the place is. They are still trying to figure out their groove.
Parking: You need to be able to parallel park to drive here.

I so badly wanted to patronize this establishment but I went in to a crowded restaurant with what appeared to be only one person working. The gentleman was behind the bar making food. Myself and another man entered at the same time. After waiting about 3 mins with no acknowledgement to be seated he left. I waited another 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement and I left as well.

Went for dinner the other day and it was fantastic! We had the Autumn and beetroot salad, chicken entree, focaccia and carrots. Everything was delicious! Also, had 2 cocktails that were yummy! Our server was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a visit for dinner!

I would love to really see this restaurant concentrate on the quality of the meat entrees they have on the dinner menu. The lamb had a lot of fat on it. The pizza didn’t have a lot of meat on it. The cocktails were great, and service was great. Overall it was an ok experience, it just needs a little work on the dinner menu. ♥️

Alarmingly bad food and bad service. We ordered coffee and food at 10:45, took 20 min to get coffees. We asked where our food was at around 11:30 and we were informed that it had been started so we couldnt cancel it but that there were 3-4 tables ahead of us. They were still seating people. The lady (chef?) walked by and angrily said that they had a full house, as in be patient your food will get there when it gets there. We asked for it to go because we didn’t want to sit there any longer. We finally got our food at 12:15 and it tasted like it had been taken out of the freezer and heated. The omelette was almost inedible. Would not go back or recommend.

Last night we went for dinner and it was amazing! The ceasar broccoli was so good! I had chicken and my hubby had lamb and we both cleared our plates. Lastly we finished with the apple pie and we could not believe how good it was. 10/10 on everything! Oh and the drinks were great, especially the margaritas.

Just found my new favorite spot in all of Baltimore. Beautiful space with delicious food served by great people. Try the broccoli caesar, try the salmon, try the butternut squash soup, try the crab focaccia - you literally can't go wrong.

I love Rest and Rize! The food is delicious and creative. The service is exceptional and the atmosphere is peaceful. I went for Rest and had the cauliflower dish and the salmon toast. I went to Rize with my sisters and had a wonderful biscuit and short rib sammy. I will be going back for Rest and Rize again and again!

Went to a late dinner here with a friend of mine after an event. It had a nice late night vibe to it. Since it was past 9pm we ordered the Caesar broccoli salad which was a different spin on a Caesar salad and the smoked mushroom pizza and the obligatory crab pizza. Sorry no photos ate fast! Service was good and the vibe was chill. My only complaint is my friend ordered a drink and took one sip and realized it was just too sweet. The entire glass was still full. They took it away. She ordered a second drink and they still charged us for the first drink. ??? I’ve never in my life seen that. I could understand if she mostly drank it but 2 sips?
Now it could have been an error on the server’s part to not remove it and we could have checked our bill but the server had a handheld device and just showed us our final amount. In hindsight I wish I would have been Petty Patty and took the device from her to review the bill. No one wants to pay 18 dollars for a drink they didn’t drink.
I would highly recommend you check the bill if you decide to swap anything out or change your order. Other than that it was pleasant but not enough for me to drive back from Columbia to the city. Too many better restaurants elsewhere.
