Royal Xcellence catered my wedding. The food was plentiful and delicious! Our families loved everything! For our venue, the caterers had to take care of trash and they made sure everything was taken care of. They exceeded our expectations! Excellent service and the best pricing! We definitely recommend them!

Royal Xcellence Catering Did Our Wedding on October 10th 2020, The Food was Amazing. Mrs Sharon was Phenomenal, & Mr Reggie&His Staff was Professional at all Times!!!

Five stars goes to that macaroni and cheese. Need more stars for the owner and his professional staff. I always have a wonderful experience there.

Food was excellent. Flavors were on point and Miss Sharron was the perfect host.

The food is obviously good, they're a professional catering company. But the customer service and support they offer is so above and beyond anyone else. They were helpful about setting a menu, understood a few changes we decided to make, and overall made everything so easy and stress free. I cannot recommend them enough, so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Definitely go with Royal Xcellence for any catering event you have!

The food was good , but the portions that was discussed was not provide. When consulting after the event . I was told the chef decide to do the wing dings different then I asked. I ordered for for 75 and there was barely chicken for 60 and the staff was in a hurry to leave , although they was paid to stay for the entire event, the staff asked my husband several times if they ould pack up in leave. Was supposed to have chef call back never recieved a call.

I choose RX they had reasonable prices & good tasting food. Me and my husband decided to choose them to cater our wedding we went to a tasting & choose Atlantic Grilled salmon & Honey Roasted Chicken Breast as entrees at the tasting everything was awesome the green beans, cheddar biscuits, wild rice, fruit & veggie spread was everything we had choose on our special day. There had been some misunderstanding far as our contract with buffet or plated meal but we choose plated we paid for extra staff & the guy Reggie sent extra staff because he said he didn't want things to be behind so the could serve everyone. Fast forward 4/30/17 our wedding day when time to eat I received my salmon it had white sauce over it which was not what he had tasted or discuss then the string beans had some type of white seasoning on it which wasn't what we originally tasted. The staff took so long to get the food out to the guest I notice it was a lot of staff but some weren't doing anything meaning they weren't need but we were told we needed 5 more staff on top of the 3 we paid for so we decided to pay for 2 the extra 3 were sent for no charge so they say but they weren't needed from what I seen they weren't working. The biggest thing that got me upset wasn't the extra seasoning & sauce over the food it was the slices of chicken on my guest plates. "Yes", I said sliced chicken after we had already discuss with Sharon we want chicken breast for our guest because it would be a large portion & most people eat chicken breast that we didn't want legs, wings or thighs so for her to do that on our day was distasteful after they got our money feed our adult guest at that some little pieces of sliced up chicken. I wouldn't recommend RX to anyone because of their customer service & you not getting what you paid for how are you going to have a tasting & then bring food that don't taste like what the client originally tasted.

RX Catering is my GO-TO for customer breakfasts and lunches. The service is truly unmatched; I can call the day before, place an order, and they always hand deliver it promptly. There have been several occasions when I was not even present for the delivery, and they set it up in the customer's break room for me. After they drop off the food, they always email me a receipt which helps me keep track of my work expenses. The food is phenomenal! For breakfast the All-American is my favorite, and for lunch, the fajitas have been a hit at every account I have brought them to. Casey, Reggie, and the RX Catering team are the absolute best, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. CALL THEM NOW!!!

Rx Catering catered my husband's 50th birthday party, and did a fabulous job! The food was absolutely delicious...I received lots of compliments on the everything, but especially the BBQ ribs and chicken as well as the Mac' N Cheese. I absolutely loved the seafood pasta myself. Your guys were prompt, very accommodating and professional. Rx Catering is awesome! The food is delicious! The presentation is beautiful! The staff is professional! My catering experience with Rx Catering was 100% positive! (As you may have guessed from all of the exclamation points.)The staff was such a pleasure to work with a wealth of knowledge. They have been catering events for a long time and knows everything anyone could ever think to ask of them. Rx Catering is also very down to earth and COST conscious. I think RX Catering can do any style of catering, but we just wanted great food and someone who is easy to work with, who would not try to talk us into a bunch of stuff we didn't need or want for our wedding. Rx Catering perfectly fits that description.Another great thing about Rx Catering is that they are very responsive and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I'd call and ask questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. And did I mention that the food was outstanding and everyone loved it? I have been buying food from RX Catering for 5 years and have enjoyed a wonderful experience in working with them. Like every food company there can be an occasional issue and that's when they are at their best. Treating obstacles like opportunities, they always make the situation right....plus their food is delicious.
