Normally I really enjoy Rueben’s. But a few weeks ago we placed an order around 10:30pm (hours say open til 12am) and pick up time given was 10:50. We went to pick up the order and got there and they were closed. If you need to close early for any reason it’s totally fine but at least turn off online ordering or let us know you’re closing early and won’t fulfill our order. To add insult to injury, there were still employees in the establishment and completely ignored us, and that wasn’t cool. They could’ve just let us know they had to close early and they’d refund us the next day or something

Love the food from this place. They bring their truck out to my job every few weeks. Same great food every time.
I'm not sure how this place is getting some bad reviews. Is it incredible food no. The people that are saying the food is bland must not be using the packets of salsas that you get. That is what this is for. Their salsas in the packs that they make are incredible and they could sell that on their own. If your food was bland it's your fault because you didn't use that That's what it's for. They don't flavor the meat a lot other than probably salt and pepper and maybe a bit of cumin because it's meant to have the sauces that you get with it. I give it five stars because it is good food for the price it's open late I've never had a service issue and I probably gotten food from there 50 times.

The seasoning was horrible. We got the steak quesadilla and the chicken nachos.. it was very bland and we had to throw it away way because it was disgusting.do not recommend. Never ordering again

It’s food. I’ve had disappointing tacos here on Taco Tuesday, and today’s burrito might’ve matched that energy. Greasy — probably hits different if you’re hammered (which might explain the prime Federal Hill location).
Portions are solid. It’s hot, fast, and clearly made with intention. The issue isn’t effort — it’s flavor. The ingredients are individually decent, but they just don’t collide well. The rice is grainy, the chicken feels unloved, and the sauces everyone hypes up didn’t do it for me. I stuck with Tapatio — which usually saves anything, even dog food — but sadly, not this time.
3/5. Still, don’t let my tastebuds steer you wrong. Go check it out, soak up the area, and maybe you’ll catch it on a better day.

The chicken and steak tacos were disappointingly dry, and the tortillas arrived cold and chewy, which really affected the overall experience. The flavors felt flat and lacked the vibrant seasoning you’d expect. It seemed like little effort was put into preparation, resulting in a meal that fell far short my expectations.

This is my guilty pleasure spot !! They’re burritos fill me up and taste amazing way better then anything mainstream!!! My mom who is extremely picky enjoyed getting her hands dirty eating here
