Don’t tip when ordering via google. I asked the staff if they get the tips when I order online and they said they only get cash tips. 100% never tipping when I know it doesn’t go to the staff.

Well I guess I should have looked at the reviews on Google instead of Uber eats cause the steak quesadilla was trash. No flavor not one hint of seasoning, and they really don't pay any attention to the order notes at all. It's like they don't care or can't read and you can't have any taste buds if you eat here. I give Reuben's 10 ??'s down.

We ordered via Doordash. Portions are a bit small, but the food was outstanding. The orange hot sauce is legit. I'm a hot sauce head with over 100 bottles of hot sauce in the fridge, and their orange sauce took me by surprise: super hot and very flavorful.
My experience at Ruben’s Fells Point was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had such high hopes for a delicious breakfast, but my order turned out to be a complete disaster. I specifically asked for breakfast tacos with cheese, eggs, and bacon, but what I received were two tacos filled with rice and beans. Where were the essential ingredients that I had requested? It felt like they didn’t even bother to read my order properly.To make matters worse, the breakfast bowl I ordered also had the wrong protein. How can a simple request for the correct protein be so difficult to fulfill? It was clear that the staff either didn’t care or didn’t pay attention to customer preferences.Overall, my order was incomplete and completely wrong. I can’t express how disappointed I am with Ruben’s Fells Point. When you go out to eat, you expect a certain level of accuracy and quality, but they failed to deliver on both counts. I certainly won’t be giving them another chance. I urge others to steer clear of this place if they value their breakfast experience.
