One of the best places to eat. The food is always delicious. This was my husband first time and he said this is nice over and over.

Eventhe pickiest eater can find many things to like on this lavish buffet, from breakfast items to sliced prime rib, to butterscotch bread pudding. AND the view is the best in Baltimore!

We love coming here especially for events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The buffet offers amazing dishes, the omelet station is the best. Seafood is always fresh tasting, and the view is great.

It was all 4 of our first visit to the Rusty Scupper in Baltimore. Location at Inner Harbor was stunning! We were in town for a wedding the next day and wanted to enjoy some of Maryland's best seafood and we did. Our waiter was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. If I need to come back to Baltimore I will look forward to dining again at Rusty Scupper.

My second time dining here and both times were superb in every way. The environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Wonderful lunch experience. Great ambience and service. Food was top notch. Lingered for quite a while and never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

Totally disappointed. I ordered shrimp and grits. The bread was old and hard. We couldn't even bite into it. The shrimp sauce was greasy. Horrible

What a great place in the inner harbor area. Local landmark and well known for its seafood. Our large party was well taken care of and all the food items were spectacular. Definitely a great stop in the Baltimore area
