My second time coming. It was my birthday yesterday. I love this place. My top 3 restaurant

Sunday dinner with my love. Everything from the service to the food was spot on! The chocolate bread pudding desert phenomenonal!! Thanks again for a lovely dinner.

The food was overall good. There were a couple of hot items that had become cold, but everything was still tasty. Great variety. The server was wonderful and the ambiance was nice. Beautiful view! Will definitely return!

The service was really slow and the server didn't seem to know how to provide a service that the fine dining restaurant should provide. Very disappointed. I asked to validate the parking ticket before leaving, but he didn't do it after all. Not a pleasant experience at all and wouldn't think to visit this place again.

Standard seafood restaurant but we got amazing views and so it's well worth the price. The crabcakes were amazing and honestly the biggest cocktail shrimp I've ever seen but all food items were great. Our server was amazing, thank you Malcolm!

My wife and I ate here and absolutely loved the crab cakes. The crab cakes were all lump and had some light glaze on top that made them extra moist and flavorful. The green beans and mashed potatoes were very good as well. And the service and ambience over the harbor was nice as well. I give our dinner experience a 5- star rating.

Nice views but extremely loud, could barely hear conversations at my table. Not many drink options in the brunch buffet and they also charged us for a child's brunch even though my 3 year old wasn't meant to be included as a diner and didn't eat.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate his birthday and our 1 year anniversary and had an amazing time. The service was great, very friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a view of the harbor from every table and the food is delicious! We were from out of town but already decided every time we come to Baltimore The Rusty Scupper will be a must stop!

Atmosphere was nice with the harbor view, and the food was amazing. Had a great time celebrating my wife.

We ate at the Rusty Scupper at Inner Harbor for the first time this evening to celebrate our 20th anniversary — we 100% recommend. Awesome atmosphere, great harbor views, delicious food and drinks, and the best service. Jamie P was our server and he was the most attentive server we have ever had. Awesome service!

I can’t say enough about our dining experience! First off Michael , our host and server, was top shelf, detailing each entree. From the bread to the entree to the dessert was nothing less than 5 star. Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve had in years.

Went for our anniversary and was impressed. Delicious food, excellent staff all the way around, and clean. We had a wonderful experience! Our waitress was Amanda and she was delightful.
