OMG, I had an awesome dining experience. I always wanted to try this place, and I was not disappointed. The food was great, I mean delicious, and the service was awesome. I didn't get our waiters name, but he was great, and the view was beautiful. We had lump crab cakes; shrimp and grits, crab dip, Cesar salad, and grilled salmon. We also had dessert pics are coming.
This place is overrated. The crab cakes are flavorless. Looks like it was scooped and plates using an ice cream scooper and covered with butter. Where's the Old Bay? The fries are too salty. The staff is awesome! The oysters are oysters... Can't really mess that up.

Absolutely perfect place for a date night or special occasion. Beautiful atmosphere and some of the best food I have ever eaten. Highly recommend the crab dip, rock fish, whole crispy fish, and butter cake.
The first time I visited with a client and two others after a photography assignment I was very hungry and went in the appetizers so I was full by the time my main course came. I took home my crab cake and my client suggested the warm butter cake so I had that to go as well. I had a feast the next two days. So so good. I visited a second time with the same group, this time I was prepared. I paced myself ate and drank a little and still had food to take home. This restaurant gives you delicious tasting food and the prices are on point. I would definitely recommend it.

The food is not worth the prices. It was good but ridiculous. $65 FOR 4 scallops, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and crab meat on top.

The food is good. The restaurant is a bit outdated but rather large and in a good location. Parking is plentiful and for a fee. The service is good and I enjoy happy hour. Good for group outings and they can accommodate when you book ahead.

Best food I had in a long time. The service was great. Our waiter was marvelous and knew the menu very great with out us asking. This was my husband and I first experience here. Definitely returning. The view was very beautiful overlooking the Inner Harbor.Parking: We paid for parking garage and it was very reasonable

I went here as a last-minute decision and was surprised by the experience. The dining area was much nicer than I imagined it would be. I really enjoyed my app/meals with the exception that the creme brulee was overly little burnt on top. The service was really on par. Overall a pleasant surprise.

So I'm giving Rusty Scupper 3 stars only and this is after going 3 different times. The view is great but I'm still not impressed by the food. Wanted a good brunch yesterday after church but didn't have a reservation. We showed up at 1pm when they do their 2nd brunch seating and we were able to get seated even though on the phone someone told us they were booked to capacity and couldn't seat us. The live music was relaxing and again the view was what we were looking for. However, the food always tastes like bulk seafood to me, meaning it tastes like a place that prioritizes quantity over quality. Nothing tasted bad but everything just tasted average/ok. Each time I've gone, I forgot how I felt the time before...lol...but each time I do I say to myself I'm probably not gonna go back. This time I do mean it. Overall it is just OK to me, nothing special or outstanding here.

I had such a lovely evening here last night! Being someone who has given up multiple categories of food (gluten, dairy, soy and nightshades), our awesome server, Drew was able to point us in a direction and coordinate with the very talented, Chef Matt to create a DELICIOUS meal! Thanks for making our getaway that much more special. ?? 10/10 I'll return!
