We visited about a week ago and had a very good overall expirience because of the exceptional and extraordenary service this evening.
We ordered three menues including Filet Mignon but unfortunatly the meat was overcooked.
As soon as the waitress noticed we got new meals, icluding new sides as well.
Additionally we got one of the three meals for free for the unconvenience.
The food was realy good, the menue was suprisingly affordable and as mentioned above, the service was realy exceptional.
We can absolutely recommend the restaurant and would visit again.

We sat at a table in the bar area. Our server was very attentive and the food and cocktail were exceptional!
We love this location and usually have great food and service. However this evening was completely different due to our server, Neil. He treated us as if we were in the wrong place. His interactions with us was so minimal we had to ask for his name. He offered my fiancé Hennessy as if he was judging us by our skin color. He took my fiancé’s menu before asking us what we would like to eat. We had to flag him down to order our food. He damn near threw the check at us and didn’t even thank us for coming. This was an individualized experience as we watched him interact with others providing “better” service. Introducing himself, making meal suggestions, and even smiling. He should provide equal service to everyone instead of being selective.

Everything was great! Only thing was that me and my date both have a bad nut allergy which was asked upon greeting to make sure to avoid being served certain items. And we were given bread that had nuts in it which we both weren't aware of at the time, luckily my date didn't want any bread so I was the only one eating it. It wasn't peanuts so I had a more mild reaction but my mouth did bother me the entire time as my mouth was mildly swollen. When the server noticed I was eating the wrong bread it apologized and brought us new bread as well as the manager heavily apologized. I explained to the manager everything was fine and that I was going to be ok but it did make me a little nervous to eat the other food. The other food was amazing and everything else besides that hiccup was perfect. I understand accidents happen I used to work in the food industry myself but I think they should just be more careful in the future as some guest may have a worse reaction.
My husband and I have been dining or grabbing take out at this Ruth’s Chris location recently, and on about three of those visits we’ve had the pleasure of being served by Kelvin and Neal. Each time, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality have stood out. They make us feel welcomed and cared for, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything is perfect from start to finish. Having one or both of them during our visits truly elevates the experience. They are a big part of why we keep coming back—thank you, Kelvin and Neal, for making every dinner special!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
We came to Ruth’s Chris in Baltimore expecting an upscale evening. The appetizers were mediocre at best, but the real disaster happened when our entrées arrived. The server dropped an entire chicken dish, splashing hot oil all over my family. My partner had oil on his face, eyes, and shirt. My son’s leather jacket was covered. I myself had burns across my chest. The server muttered “sorry” and ran off, leaving us stunned.
I went to the restroom to clean up and was approached by a manager who looked more annoyed than apologetic. Her solution? “Send us the bill for dry cleaning.” I told her we weren’t that petty. What we actually needed was compassion and professionalism.
Meanwhile, my poor server was crying, and I actually had to calm her down—because apparently, management wasn’t stepping up. When I returned to my table, things only got worse: the tablecloth had not been changed, and it looked like they had simply placed the same entrées back onto the dirty, oil-soaked table. I was horrified.
By that point, we were shaken and just asked for the food to be packed up. Yes, the chicken was taken off the bill, but that’s hardly the point. No new table, no fresh linens, no genuine care or recovery effort. I had to ask for an ice pack for my burns.
We still paid and tipped (out of fairness to the staff), but this was an absolutely terrible evening. The server was nice but abandoning the table after scalding us was not acceptable. Management handled this entire situation with indifference and zero hospitality.
For a restaurant that prides itself on being “upscale,” this was disgraceful. There are plenty of steakhouses in Baltimore—do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Never again.

Made our anniversary so special! Michael was our server and made the experience. The food was excellent, came out in a timely manner, and was overall perfect. We would love to go back next time we're in the area

Things began well with friendly and helpful staff. The drinks were good. From there things went south - wait staff was not well trained - steaks were overcooked (didn't return them because didn't want to wait for replacements) - table bread was just sliced white and brown bread (would expect more from an expensive restaurant) - and they didn't do much for a birthday celebration (would have expected more than just a few rose pedals - like a comp desert). Sides were very small but expensive at $15. Not worth the high cost and issues - will not return.
After telling the host and waiter that I have a nut allergy, they brought complimentary bread that had nuts in it without telling me.
RC's standards have slipped a bit. The server could use a training refresher. The food was good but not great. The kitchen and bar were slow. I won't be returning to this particular location.
The overall experience was good. My friends and I was there to celebrate a birthday and business venture. The concierge accused one of us of wearing a “tank top” when it was an actual blouse with decorative straps that was of satin material. So that was quickly resolved which was fine however I'd like staff to be better trained on the difference in clothing. We were then seated and met our server Mario who gave exceptional service! He was attentive, polite and honestly the true meaning of hospitality. He informed us he was training so excuse him for any questions he may not have the answers to quickly. As we dined we were often visited by Gisele who we thought was just being polite but her aura told me it was forced. Everytime Mario left the table, she came and asked if we were ok and made small talk and underhanded comments. It made our guest of honor uncomfortable so she asked if only Mario could wait on us for the remainder of the evening. We later chatted with Mario about how great the meal was and was interrupted when the concierge was sent to ask him to go to the kitchen. I know Gisele had sent her because of her previous conversation with my guest of honor. Gisele is sneaky rude and I nor my friends appreciated her service! Neil the mixologist was great as well.
Great Experience as Usual! Aaron was Great. Very knowledgeable of the menu and specialty drinks
