This place is more a name than an atmosphere. Food was overpriced for the quality. I wasn't interested in looking at the kitchen while I ate.

I thank them for giving us a late notice reservation for 10 people after our original reservation at the Gordan Ramsey steakhouse was cancelled. The food was great, and so was most of the staff. However, our waiter seemed annoyed about having to serve us. He was innatentive and the service was slow. I don't even think he smiled. After his second time speaking to us I asked the table if they wanted me to ask for a new waiter, my family is very patient so they said no, it's okay.

Bread and water took at least 20min and when it was time to go it was probably another 20min to get boxes, and when they came they were just sat on the waitress table behind us. My brother got up after a while and handed them out himself. Then another wait for the check... then a huge mistake in payments. The bill was around $650, $200 was meant to go on one card and the rest on another. $200 was charged to the first card and the full tab was charged to the second card. This was fixed by the manager. We were sat around 7:30 and didn't leave until around 10:30pm.

We were sat seperately, 5 on one table and 5 on another. In contrast the five family members who sat at a different table received great service. Their bread and water came out way ahead of ours and their server joked and talked to them. They did have a few issues with food being incorrect due to the kitchen running out of ingredients, but those orders were taken off the bill so no big deal there. Most important to me is being treated well. I expect steakhouse service if I'm paying steakhouse prices. We frequent steakhouses, so we know what to expect, maybe our jovial tone made the waiter think otherwise?

We spent 3k on a wedding dinner for 20 people. They added 18% gratuity and 3% admin fee and the service and wait time was terrible - Dinner took 3 hrs. Took at least 30 min to sort out the bill/multiple cards. 3 steaks were brought out barely seared, but were ordered medium rare. A steak house should know how to cook steak! Ceasar salad was small and had brown lettuce. For $150/person we expected more!!!!

I recently ate at Chris Ruth, and it was a mixed experience. This is the first time i’ve ever felt the need to leave a review for a restaurant. On the positive side, the ambience was excellent, and the customer service was of a very high standard. My waiter, Cameron, was outstanding, and he ensured that everything was just perfect on that side of things.

The steak (highly recommended) was delivered raw; far from medium done, as I'd ordered. It appeared as if the chef hadn't even bothered to do his job. The lack of care in preparing the hot plate delivered to our table was abysmal. The temperature of the butter was far too high, spraying and burning me. I couldn't even move the plate without acquiring additional injuries! The sides were disappointing: mashed potatoes drowned in butter and lacking any real flavor, and stale soup-of-the-day gumbo.

On the whole, it has been a mixed experience, but the quality of food has been a disappointment, especially considering the price tag. I hope they are able to work on the consistency of the kitchen in the future.

The Three-for-$60.00 is by far a terrific deal. I also loved watching the bartender make my Old Fashioned to order. The wait staff are top of the line every time I've been there. You can tell that they love their job because they throw themselves entirely into what they do. One of us even was provided a gluten-free menu. Overall I give this place 5 stars!

For a place that was supposed to have a dress code, people were dressed in hoodies, sandals, and some woman was dressed in a see through dress. Unacceptable.

Very undignified Service from a waiter that thought he was funny at a high-end white tablecloth restaurant. Waiter did not explain situations where meals had upgrade options and what was included and what was not. Poor request follow through a few things that we had asked for were never delivered. For the amount of money that you might spend here I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Our server name was Ellen, and she was amazing! She made sure that our evening was special and did everything to make sure that we left with the biggest smile on our face! Despite a few things that were mixed up, which is no fault to anyone, just understanding of future reference when it comes to booking for a restaurant.

Overall, our New Year's Eve experience was acceptable.

If considering the service and price verses competing steak restaurants and fine dining restaurants, the experience was a net loss.

The table for 2 was far too small to accommodate just the tableware, glasses, bread and butter, not to mention an appetizer, plus two entrees, soup, and salad.

Additionally, the delivery speed between courses was far too fast.

Before they could deliver the soup and salad, the wait staff was forced to box the appetizer, soon after it arrived.

There was no room for entrees. The wait staff then boxed the soup and salad, before we finished with either.

And finally, the same preemptive boxing procedure was undertaken a final time, to make way for desert.

Again, it wasn't a bad experience -- but it clearly wasn't on par with our previous experiences at The Palm. Next year, I believe we can choose Salt Grass Steakhouse, Long Horn Steakhouse, or Texas Roadhouse, receive an equivalent experience, and cut our bill by at least 66%, for a $200 savings.

I wanna thank the staff for the amazing experience, but most of all, I'd like to the our server. Zack! Not only was he attentive, but also engaging, respectful and an all around amazing server!!! If I'm accounting for service, conversation, and all around a people person, he's it. So in conclusion, if you go to Ruth's Chris in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, ask for Zack. (You won't be disappointed) By the way it was our 20th Anniversary. Zack made sure it was one to remember ❤️
