Okay, so we decided to go here lastnight for a drink or two. It was around 9ish pm on 12/22/24. Remind you we have been here before.
We walk inside. A man sitting at the bar right by the door says “Hey! Welcome back!” Loud and enthusiastically. In my head I was like “wow.” Cause the last time we were here he didn’t interact and we were lowkey anyways. So I’m surprised he remembered us. I definitely appreciated it though cause good service here in Baltimore is a once in a lifetime thing. He also says, “we don’t have any food. But, you all are welcomed to come in and have some drinks” We didn’t come for food anyways. We walked towards the bar. At this moment, I hear one of the bartenders say something like “wait, what’s going on here” then he comes to us and says, “sorry, we’re closed for a private event. We’re not usually opened today anyways” We were just like okay….? That whole interaction was weird and sus af. Cause why did the owner, manager, or whoever he is told us otherwise? So you don’t know what’s going on in your restaurant and you’re sitting in there? Get it together. He coughed up a weak “sorry” and that was it. But uh, yeah. I don’t see myself going back tbh.

Super cute decor for the holidays! Waitstaff was awesome with great recommendations and attentive service. We got the crab pasta and the steak fries. Both were delicious as we're the seasonal cocktails and the recommended wine. We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Service was so good, the bartenders and our server were all so friendly and helpful. I got the porkchop and it was perfectly cooked and literally the size of my head. The set that came with it was AMAZING. My partner got the crabonara- chefs kiss. Perfectly seasoned, so so tasty. I also got dessert- treat yourself and get the birthday cake. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to about Baltimore ❤️❤️

I recently visited Sally O’s, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish packed with incredible flavor and beautifully presented.
What truly made our experience memorable, though, was our server, Cody. From the moment we were seated, Cody went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick with recommendations. It’s rare to find a server who’s so genuine and personable, making us feel truly taken care of throughout the evening. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel like we were in the best hands.

We had a simply lovely meal this evening at Sally O’s. The service was outstanding. The servers were attentive and well versed in the menu, making several good recommendations. We started with the wings and the burrata cheese. The wings were moist with just a bit of heat. The burrata was soft and served over a purée with homemade bread. We each enjoyed our entrees. I had the cola pork chop which was moist and well seasoned. The pumpkin ravioli, the lobster pasta and the blackened catfish were all fresh and well prepared. The server brought us bourbon ice cream as well as coffee ice cream on the house. If you are looking for a well made meal with a strong menu and excellent service, then I highly recommend you check out Sally O’s. We will definitely be coming back soon.
