I love Sam’s bagels for breakfast, 2nd breakfast, or lunch. The bagels are delicious and they have all the classic smears and sandwiches. A highlight is there giant vats of iced coffee! All this on top of kind workers makes this a place I will always come back to.

The bagels are amazing and they have lots of options. Went there this past weekend. They messed up my order once and almost did it twice when I went to order another one. I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. They gave me a bagel called egg bagel instead. Then I went to order another cream cheese bagel. And the lady almost gave me a bagel called “Cream Cheese Bagel” with nothing in it. I had to specify after that I wanted cheese in it. Why all this confusion? Wait time is a bit long 10 minutes usually when it’s busy

They've been there too long. What happened to customer service. I mean literally. What happened to the smile and a thank you. Maybe there just as unhappy about the prices of the food they're selling as much as im unhappy about the amount im spending on it. I can remember yrs ago partying all night Friday night and waiting up until they opened on Saturday just to get there and get some of those banging bagels. Im not saying the food is bad. Its great. Bread is bread. Serve anything for 20 plus yrs your eventually gonna get it right. Im just talking about the fact that we support some of these mom and pop shops for so long and come to find out they don't even know who you are anymore nor do they even care. Here's your bagel with peanut butter and jelly and coffee. Your out 10 bucks. Charge ya 20 if they could figure out how. Seats are very limited inside has faded just like the sign hanging out front of the place. But the personalities have faded even more. If no one has said it in a while guys. Thanks for patronizing our establishments and helping to fund the private lives of you and your families. Thank you for the blessings of your years and years of visiting my store not as often as i like but if I count up every bagel or cup of cream cheese I've bought. I've paid for a semester or two of someone's classes. Let's all just pray they got 4.0 cause they've failed at customer service. Thanks guys.

Very quick and simple breakfast spot to grab a bite to eat. They have bagels they, make bagels and drinks that go with bagels such hot coffee or hot chocolate. Don’t go asking for more than what’s on the menu. The menu has more than enough options!
