I fell in love with Sarku Japan many, many, many, many years ago, and I love them still. The perfect combo chicken and shrimp, and the teriyaki sauce just sets this meal off perfectly. I found myself ordering online 2xs in a week. Obsess much?! Yes, it's that damn good!

Very rude staff. I couldn't believe how rude they are. They treat their family and friends so nicely. Give them club cards with stamps just for coming up and speaking. But when it comes to customers we get frowns and treated like an inconvenience. I've sent emails. Left voice mails to complain. I've even call this location to speak to a manager and the phone just rings and rings. No answer. This is why I don't come to this location anymore. My child is home sick and loves Sarku Japan I decided to stop here because it was closes to me at the time. Big mistake. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION IVE EVER HAD ISSUES WITH, HONESTLY!!!

I really wish I looked at the reviews. I use to eat here 5 yrs ago. 2 days ago i got some food from here and to my surprise i had food poisoning. I know its them because that was the only thing I ate that day. The rice was not done and no vegtable and something wasnt right with the chicken. Be careful..
