4 stars because I dont want their rating to go down since they're very nice people. My problem was hair in my food twice...... and the place isnt clean (a large bug.....hopefully a waterbug), but it was shaped different,on it's back under the table, my little sister had pointed out to me is a real appetite spoiler.) We liked coming and the prices were fair but not feeling the hygiene.

Very nice staff, will do whatever you ask, and even carry your food to the car for you. My family and I love the breakfast and other food on the menu, you can watch them prepare your food and they are always kind to everyone ? We have been eating there for years ?

Warning...this place has new owners. They do NOT have ice cream or milkshakes. Mainly chinese cuisine now. They should change the name of their restaurant. Owner says he does not own or have access to the scoop's website so he can not fix.

On Friday 9/6/2019, i tried Scoops cafe breakfast and it was horrible!! The eggs and potatoes tasted like everything they had cooked on the grill (which lets me know how clean they are). I will not be eating at this cafe again (my taste buds were upset with me until this morning) a whole day later, and my taste buds are back being my friend. Smh
