I’ve came here more then once and every time I come to this pizzeria the manager refuses to take my order and ignores me he walks away from me and I have to ask one of the counter girls to take my order even if they are cutting pizza he’s supposed to be a good example for the store but what he’s causing is for customers to not feel welcomed this isn’t the first time the manger named Nelson has done this it has happened multiple times and it’s only this store the Essex seasons pizza always has great customer service they also great you once you come in and I have never had a problem with the Essex season pizza

Pretty nice place yet I can see why there's no one in here. Terrible customer service from the guy. Eventually, I didn't order anything He was wandering around and impatient when I was indecisive of what I wanted. 0/10
The young lady working the registers at night was very sweet health food and special. I was treating my sister and niece to dinner for helping me move the last bit of furniture out of my storage and they will all tired and hungry and my niece was grouchy but the young lady helped me make everything better.

This looks like a cheap pizza joint, and I probably wouldn't have even bothered trying it if I weren't already in the neighborhood. But this is actually the VERY BEST pizza I've had in all of Baltimore. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. Even the customer service is stellar. My one complaint is that it took a while to get our food, but a little patience never hurt anyone.

I should have taken notes. The young lady who answered the phone was so sweet. I walked 6 and talked for a few minutes, and she explained everything in detail. She was an excellent cashier. I definitely enjoyed myself. I will return to get her name.I ordered a chicken and onion topped medium pizza. It was fresh out of the oven. It was good, too. ?
