Serengeti Baltimore

I travel to Miami from Pittsburgh to get some good kosher food, my son lives now in Baltimore and he suggested we go to Serengeti. We'll, the food is better here than in Miami and the portions are much bigger. It was a first time I left a restaurant with a doggie bag. In Miami I usually spend the same amount as we spent in Serengeti but in Miami I leave always still hungry but when we left Serengeti I couldn't eat till the next morning. The food was great, prices less than Miami and great portions. Will definitely go again when I visit my son.

Didn't have coliflower appitiser we wanted. Steak cooked medium was little to no pink inside and a bit dry. Finally, we wanted the waffle desert on the menu, but waffle maker wasn't working. Was excited to go to kosher restaurant for the 1st time, but disappointing experience.

Disappointed that they were out of several items that I wanted. Steak was ok - not great. Had high hopes based on reviews but was disappointed. Over priced for what was received. Sadly- we do not feel a need to return.

Great food!

A hidden gem! Really liked what we ordered, the table next to us ordered the smother fries and that looked so yummy! Definitely coming back

I've wanted to eat here for a long time, and I finally got the opportunity recently. It exceeded my expectations! What a great restaurant!

Best kosher restaurant in Baltimore hands down. Pricey of course

I went here for a small celebration,got a nice steak,was very pleased. Just be aware,if your willing to spend a few bucks on a fancy meal,than good,if your looking for cheap,your at the wrong place.

Parking: There’s tons of parking spots super close to there if you don’t get directly in front.

Never had heard of or been to a kosher restaurant before. It didn't disappoint!

It is pricey however well worth the monster high quality steaks you receive. You have to try the brisket fries, they are to die for(pic attached). As far as desserts, go with the skillet brownie. Only knocked for service as our waitress disappeared a few times.

Small spot so definitely make a reservation. Get out there and check out their kosher options!

WOW! Worth every penny! Food was flavorful and I was really surprised at the level of flavor that the Jollof Rice had for a non-African restaurant truely impressive. Great food and great vibes!

Dietary restrictions: Kosher. Not so sure about vegetarian other dietary restrictions although, I assume they’d be more than willing to accommodate where possible and needed.

Parking: Huge parking lot shared with Safeway supermarket and others.

Kid-friendliness: Not exactly children’s restaurant, especially not at night for dinner.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty easily accessible. No steps.

We had a party for my dad's 85th birthday at Serengeti's Simcha Party Room. It was Excellent!!!Lara made everything possible to make our party a great success! She worked with me on creating a perfect menu and every detail of the party. The food and presentation were even better when we expected. Service was superb! Everyone was very pleased and loved the food. You made our special occasion unforgettable!THANK YOU!!!
