On 10/4 at around 3:45/4pm, a African American girl in the drive thru window with a teal/green/blue headscarf was so rude to me all bc I politely asked her for my bacon to be cooked well done (as once it was given to me raw and I couldn’t enjoy my food my last visit). She expressed that their bacon isn’t raw and proceeded to snatch my money from me and gave me my items with nothing but attitude & aggressive force once I got to the window. Very rude and crappy customer service from her at this location as I could tell she was upset with me with no understanding as to why when I was nothing but kind to her at the ordering screen. This particular employee should definitely be retrained on how to kindly service others; I never had a bad experience here (other than raw food once) until interacting with this employee today.

I like that Micheal was patient with me to make the best decision for dinner .Double shack and single shack burger with Onion Rings . Also the food was very fresh and the burgers were well. Alexander did a wonderful job with the burgers. Thank you Kamari, Evan, Michael and Alexander for their service .

It’s an overpriced meal with little variety of toppings for a burger, the fries were warm at best. Burger, fries and a drink was $23. If I walked out of there full then at least I wouldn’t complain about that. Five Guys is expensive as well but you will never walk out of there hungry.

I guess the food taste was okay but fries should be served hot. I can’t imagine what would bring me back to Shake Shack, it was my first and last time.

The staff of more than 4 could not even function to take an order with no other customers…. They were incredibly rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and shockingly young minded. They don’t really understand why they are there, how to make a sale, take money, deliver product. They seem to think that I was there to beg them to take my money and be disrespected. This place has to be losing money, and paying people to run their business into the ground. I would fire everyone - from management to staff and start over again.

Had to give this sensational shoutout to Shake Shack on Boston street just had a double shack um😋um 😋um 😋delicious 🤤. One ☝🏾 of the best burgers 🍔 I had in a long time and fresh fries 🍟 🤤. I told them well done and they perfectly matched my request . They didn’t dry it out . Perfectly cooked and seasoned 🤤. Service was excellent. Very very clean. Dining area , cooking area as well. Please check out this beautiful establishment if you are looking 👀 for great food and and excellent service . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you 😊 guys. Y’all made my day.

I will say this was a disappointment on my last visit here. I ordered a # 1 large with no tomatoes and it came to just about 20 bucks. Now I dont mind but I think the prices are bit out of control. I did drive thru and was asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait and it would be brought out. What a nite mare that parking situation is as well. Sad thing is I passed up a Five Guys to go here. Which is better in my opinion is 6 guys and cheaper by about 3 bucks.
Update: The below review was based on my first experience. I revisited and did dine in and all was fantastic. Especially the shake, wow! The restaurant contacted me and I went back to give it another shot so posting review based on new experience.

The fries were cold and there was a tomato on it and I ordered without. The burger still tasted good but I won't be posting any pics here as I was in a rush and didn't take any. The wait was at least 10min after I ordered. Do yourself a favor and skip the drive thru, its pointless.

An hour wait for 3 milkshakes. The place is filthy and zero service. By the time you order and pay it is too late. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
