You can’t make customers stand in line for over an hour only to then let them know you’re out of the one thing that makes up your name and brand, SHAKE!!! It was my son’s first game and we missed one third of the game. Have an employee to let customers know you’re out of something or make signs. Set expectations and live up to a standard. Pathetic and disgusting. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. Absolutely horrendous experience.

I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too!The line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together.Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch!The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things along.Good experience.

Visit the place to buy two beers and two hot dogs. They only accept card payments there. Something happened that I couldn't make the payment by card but the manager of the place accepted payment in cash, the hot dogs and the beer were very good ?

Lots of selection and some creative shake & smoothie flavors. However, it is a bit pricey.
Parking: Located downtown on Pratt St near many tourist attractions like the Inner Harbor Waterfront, National Aquarium, Power Plant, etc.. therefore street parking is almost impossible. You will have to pay to park in one of the many parking garages ( which can be pricing depending on how long you're there) and then walk to the shake shack.
