First time ordering from Shores Fish Market on Doordash. My sister ordered the Steak Fish Dinner with 2 sides. She said it was good, but the collard greens were tough, and they weren't seasoned. Lake Trout Dinner with 2 Sides, the fish was the only thing good on that platter, I got collard greens, they weren't seasoned and they were tough, the yams were very stringy, and the side of macaroni and cheese was not very tasty, it tasted starchy. Fried fish sub w/1 side was delicious, and they use crinkle cut fries, my favorite. I would order there again, but not their sides. Friendly suggestion, use collard greens seasoning, all stores sell it, and cook a little longer for tenderness. Or, just buy Glory collard greens in the can. When my sweet potatoes are stringy, I use the cake mixer, and the strings will be on the blades. You can rinse it off and mix again until it's no longer stringy. Hint: I use that method when I make sweet potato pies.

The white lady that was taking orders I believe she had glasses on . She needs to be more patient and professional when dealing with paying customer. Iam quite sure majority of there customer are black so treat us better

Disgusting! I got the crab cake sandwich, Mac and cheese and greens. The Mac and cheese and greens had NO TASTE whatsoever. It was a straight up waste of money. Do not go here if you want good, tasty food because THIS ISN'T IT!!!!! My sandwich was "okay". I will never go back and I'm still hungry. SMH...salt and pepper couldn't even help the sides?

I always get the lake trout platter. The fish is usually good but the sides are something else. The mac and cheese is the worst. I don't think they use any cheese at all. I'm being honest. Don't get it. Or the green veggies
