I'm always glad when I fly through Baltimore, because Silver Diner is one of my favorite places to eat...in an airport (important qualifier 😉). Lots of clearly marked options. They've changed the options over the years, but they always have plenty of plant-based items. Currently (fall 2025), they carry Just Egg and Beyond Burger.
If you’re looking for breakfast in the airport, I recommend Silver Diner. The service is quick and friendly, and there’s a lot of space. There was a line when we got there, but it did move quickly. The food and drinks are good quality, and the staff do a great job at handling the high volume of customers. For food I highly recommend the avocado toast.
I love diners but this one was meh. My meal was ok but others said their sandwich tasted chemically. We’ll skip this next time and just grab some food from the food court area.
