I ordered a shrimp cheesesteak and I was not disappointed. I did add mushrooms and mushrooms if they had of sautéed them the sub would have been even more tastier. Overall I still give them 5 stars

Custer service is EXTREMELY BAD, the manager is rude she goes back and forth with customers. She took my order and argued back and forth with me about what I did and didn’t ask for on my meal. She continuously told me that I am wrong and that she will NOT remake my food. Instead of trying to compromise and figure out a solution she literally was arguing with me and being disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for years I will NEVER come here again. The food is not worth the rude customer service. Super ridiculous!!!

I ordered a chicken & shrimp quesadilla but i didn’t get the shrimp. i left work to bring it back because they said they didn’t believe me.. just for the one lady to pick up the tail end of a shrimp (not even a whole or half) saying it was on there. never ordering from here again. very disappointed

First of all, I've been ordering from Silver Moon for many, many moons ? ? and have witnessed many changes to the business. However, I've never had an issue with my food or one of the staff until now. I placed an order through Uber Eats on Saturday evening, September 28th, 2024. 1- Shrimp Cheese Steak Sub w/ Provolone Cheese + $2.50 for the shrimp ? =$14.99 1- Chopped Steak combo w/potatoes and gravy no onions and fries $16.99 1- Grilled cheese sandwich ? $8.99. They put tomatoes on my grilled cheese sandwic,which isn't a grilled cheese ? 1- Cream of Crab ? Soup ? $8.99. Instead, I received a cup of thickening - gravy like paste - with a spoonful of crabmeat and a teaspoon of old bay sprinkled on top. Once I stirred it and tasted it, it tasted like flour and water. I kid you not. It was bland and reminded me of "paper mache." I could've actually created a sculpture with it. When I notified Uber Eats, they didn't refund my money because the soup tasting bad wasn't a good enough reason. When I called the store to simply make them aware of my dissatisfaction, the young lady was extremely rude and unapologetic. I told her that I didn't want my money back! Furthermore, I only wanted to make sure you all sampled/quality checked the food before it was sold so that this doesn't happen again.
Here's my motto: If I'm not going to eat it, I'm not going to serve it nor sell it. ???????

I will never go to this place again This Silvermoon must be under new management because their chicken and western fries were? disgusting Chicken wings were so huge I thought they were ostrich wings and had big feathers on them I was scared at first to eat them and the inside of the wings smelled bad I was very disappointed ☹️ with spending 12 dollars for three wings n fries NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

I stop here and ordered breakfast. I had pancakes, which were horrible. They taste like they were old, maybe made a couple days ago, home fries, bacon, eggs and toast were good. They had a police officer as security inside the place, which make you feel secure. The place was very clean.
