I usually like the food but the delivery services takes away the quality of the meal and I live less than 5 minutes away. Recently I called in an order for a cheeseburger deluxe meal that I was totally displeased with( to much mayo, the burger was not as large and tasty as in past times). I called 3 days later because I was on an out of town on a conference). I still have my receipt and I was told that I could not get a refund or get a store credit. I was disappointed because again, I support my local businesses.

I’ve been coming here for 2 yrs, but let’s be real. I prefer the Silver moon 1 off mlk and bmore. Silver moon II, doesn’t take accountability nor have good communication skills.
Last nite I ordered a pizza and a carrot cake. They almost gave my carrot cake away, didn’t apologize then gave me a pizza with a huge round deep dent in it. Their explanation: the cheese did it. Anyone with common sense will know , it was the dough and not the cheese. It was like they had that pizza seating out for a while, had a condiment or round object on top of the pizza, took it off then reheated the pizza.
No apologies but offer to make me a new one, but was the same process. Instead of arguing, I left . He did offer to refund the $3, but I declined because it takes 1 to 2 business days when using a card. So, I took the $3 as a loss. I’m good on going back.

3 words BREAKFAST ALL Day. The parking is horrible. The service is ok but what do you expect from a quick service short order situation. Very reliable and open late. I always end up here looking for a breakfast sandwich after 9pm

I ordered a simple cheesteak sub and asked for provolone cheese instead of American Cheese. They sent me a sub with both American and provolone cheese. I don't like American Cheese, that was why i ordered provolone cheese. They told me because I ordered it through DOOR Dash they cannot replace it and then hung up on me.

ordered the grilled chicken sub. it lacked flavor in a big way. taste like throwing meat on the flat top then on the roll. the funny taste was i believe from the tomatoes possibly. I was headed to work and could not return to store. file 13 with this establishment. They kept the name but different people..... Keep in mind this is the east baltimore st. location
Cheese steak tasted okay but beware that the submarine roll they use isn't big enough for all the meat they put into it.... when you bite into it it's going to fall apart and become a sloppy mess? every thing is going to fall apart and you will end up with a whole lot of steak and whatever else you put on it left with no bread to Match it ?we are not animals we are paying customers who deserve to purchase from people with more common sense to understand food portions..... truthfully I believe this restaurant is overrated just because the location & reputation... Not impressed ? and upset about that sloppy mess they called a cheese steak ??

Every time I order they never put what I ask for on my sub cooked with absolutely no seasoning either I get a flat fountain soda today they sent a flat stale old soda tht I definitely couldn’t & wouldn’t drink. 26 dollars for something to taste like I’m in the hospital or nursing home gross no more of my business trust

I love this place!! I always order on DoorDash. I’ve never been here in person but I will definitely make a visit soon. They read the directions and always make my food exactly how I ask them to. They always remember my sides, sauces, drinks. My food is always fresh. And it’s affordable! The portioning is a really good amount on the subs. I recommend the shrimp cheesesteak, the fish sub, or the steak with eggs & potatoes!! Keep it up!!!!!
