Baltimore Airport Dinner - Food is delicious. But - why are the wait staff and bartender having shots at 10 am? And it wasn’t even one shot. They all stopped what they were doing to get their drink??

This place usually have decent food. I called 3x today to place an order and the phone gets picked up and set on a counter with no greeting then hung up after 45 seconds. Finally placed my order over the phone and drove 30 minutes to be told they never put it in. They were very rude and nonchalant about the incident as if it's normal or acceptable.
