Tried this place after hearing good things from neighbors. I can’t say I have enjoyed the food. I get this is a simple place, no Ac on a hot day, I get it, but for the very up to par price with other brunch places in the area, a little comfort would be nice, aka, real silverware to cut chicken with. Bacon was overcooked, the home fries were very undercooked. The waffle was def good. Nothing to say on customer service, but the food was disappointing.

Today was my first time going to Simply Marie’s, but I have to say that I felt the service was exceptional and the food was extremely delicious. I wasn’t expecting a carry out feel but despite it being a quant place the tables were clean and my family and I sat down and enjoyed our meal, we will be back. I love that the staff asked if everything was good to give an opportunity for feedback.

A local place where local people go because of their relationship with the owner, Maria. Hate to make a bad comment, but my breakfast platter was not good. Perhaps it was too close to the closing time. But my platter was way to greasy with a puddle of oil/butter withy French toast. The bacon was not crispy but very greasy as well. The price was way too high for what I got and the atmosphere of the place which needs renovation.

The cook doesn’t wash their hands… grabbed my card with grimy, slimy, sticky fingers. Gave me my drink and got food and slimy crap on it. Do not recommend.
