Very small hole in the wall place! There's not a whole lot of space to stay inside, on street parking only. Walking distance from Little Italy! The customer service was lovely and I did like the decor. My drink came out very fast and it was so good, it was exactly what I wanted!

I would have given this place five stars last year, but things have gone way down since then. Earlier this year it was chaotic service and loooong wait times (like 25 minutes for one tea). But the tea was still the best. But last time I went, the tea was weak, oversweetened (though I always get 1/2 sweet), and just tasted different, like they switched an ingredient for something lower quality? Not sure. This place used to be so good. I hope it comes back.
