Stopped by here to eat after a flight coming in from Europe and had some time before an Amtrak train. Had amazing service from Sam who was very welcoming and friendly. This was exactly what we needed after a long travel day.

Evelyn is the absolute best. If you are traveling to or from BWI airport you have to stop by here. The food is Amazing cost effective and the drinks are on point. Do yourself a favor and hit them up next time you at the Airport.

This was the worst service worst experience I have ever had. The fair lighter skinned complexion with a short ponytail is rude sloppy and unprofessional. Her attitude is going to get this business shut down. The way she speaks to customers and staff from what we witnessed is by far thee worst we’ve ever seen. We won’t be back !!!

The Food Was Awesome Until The Waiter Ask Me For A Tip,I Don't Give Away Money, Tip Suppose To Be Earned, Today I Ordered Wings and Taco Chips, The Wings Were Flooded With Seasoned and The Taco Chips Were Mushi and To Top It Off She Threw My Food Towards Me and Knocked The Bar Items Down and They Didn't Put any Sauce In The Bag,That I Ask For, That Attitude She Has Is Bad For Business

Bad food bad service. Stinky and stale chips. No refund no exchange. If a company hires service workers, they should train them how to serve. our hamburgers and fries sat on the counter for 10 minutes. six employees walked by it and no awareness what to do with it.

You don’t even have to go through security to eat something great at the airport. Also- there’s a bar. Go see Evelyn. She’s got you. I got a stellar burrito with their vegetarian Nirvana option. Oh wow. So good. Like, I need this near my house.

Terrible service. When we walked in the woman at the bar said ā€œmenus up hereā€ in an irritated tone and nothing else. She was very curt when I went up to order. We ordered at 2:30pm and waited while other people walked after us and were served. The woman complained loudly to all the customers that her cook left. She was chatting on an earpiece the whole time, which is probably why she forgot about our burrito. When we asked when our burrito would be ready, she said she forgot and ā€œlet me go cook itā€ with a sigh. At that point we had been waiting an hour. No apology. She said it would be 5-10 more minutes. After 25 more minutes, I went up and asked for a refund. She said it’s almost ready and did I want her to throw it away. I said I had to leave and needed the refund, so she called her boss and tried to figure out how to issue the refund for another 5 minutes while she complained on the phone about the cook and customers. Another man came up to ask when his food would be ready and she was rude to him as well. We were there for a total of an hour and a half (in an airport restaurant!) Just the worst attitude. People like this don’t deserve any job. If you’re busy and have a lot of orders, get off the phone. If you make a mistake, apologize. There is no excuse for being rude to customers or for complaining to them about the rest of the staff.
