Just being honest
Didn’t have any food, however the cashier charged me for something that I was supposed to get for free, after the charge was made the mistake was taken care of. Smoothies were on point for sure. I’ll be back

This was my first visit to a Smoothie King. I was returning from a Doctors visit and it was a hot 91° degree day and I wanted something cold. I decided to give them a try and I am not disappointed. The service was excellent, the portion is very good and the taste is fabulous. They have such a large selection also I ordered the medium size peanut butter & chocolate , I dont think I want to see the large. LOL I highly recommend them to everyone.

There was 1 gentleman working he was very sweet and great hospitality. Hard working and service wasn't compromised even tho he was the only one there. He even let me kids back in several times to use his restroom and wash my baby's bottle. Great customer service sweet spirit.

Says it closes at 8:45. Show up at 8:30 and they say it’s pick up only, meanwhile I tried to place an order at 8:20 on the app for pick up and it wouldn’t let me. Why even be “open” until 8:45 then??

13.00 cup of syrup. I ordered a mango, pineapple, blueberry smoothie. I didn't ask about the price , whatever it was I just wanted what I wanted. Instead of a fruit filled refreshing smoothie, I got some syrupy 7/11 , Wendy's kool-aid like frozen ? I didn't taste any type of fruit. HERE'S THE THING ,BECAUSE OF FRUIT ADDED A SMOOTHIE ISN'T CHEAP. To sell a person a 13.00 beverage with fruit dust , sugar and ice is just bad business. When I purchase food items , I have to be able to trust that what you say is in the ingredients are actually in the ingredients. WITH FOOD , TRUTH MATTERS. I will not go back. You can't just put random ingredients in a cup and sell it as a smoothie. You will for real make someone sick. The only good thing about this experience is, I know that it's not gonna be me that you make sick because I'm not going back. WARNING:

First time going in was fine. 2nd time I came in, the cashier comes out the back saying "she just clocked out for her break and would not be able to service me for 20 minutes". Why is there only 1 person in the store?! I recommend maybe locking the doors if you can't access the register on break.
