If they had people who actually wanted to work there it wouldn't be a problem. But they insist on hiring teenagers who just like to sit around and do nothing. Everything you going into this establishment they never have anything available. Might as well get new staff or remove this location.

Took a lot longer than needed. Made my açaí bowl order right after someone ordered the same exact thing. Worker decided to make one bowl for the guy before me and then took order of the guy that arrived after me as I was still waiting and then made the HIS order BEFORE mine. My açaí mix sat on the counter melting so I asked if my order is ready and she sensed my frustration and tried to explain the process of her making orders. My friend came in to check on me after waiting over 20 mins for a bowl with 2 and then 3 customers which is insane.

Smoothies and service is usually good but there were two different times I’ve come to the store and they were closed when they were supposed to be open, lights off and everything.

They have the best team- so friendly and clean.

On Tuesday 4/23/24 I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady Kayla was very professional. She greeted me as I walked in the door and the establishment was clean. It was not crowded or anything like the negative comments mentioned. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Kayla!

Ive been to this location 3 times since returning to MD. I always get the same item. The item I get is consistently enjoyable and what I expect. There was a young Latina/Hispanic woman working there by herself the first time she was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. The other two times I visited it seemed like they just hired high school kids. The last two times I walked in no one greeted/ acknowledged me as I waited to order. The last time I went one of the workers was on her phone instead of taking my order. Then when she finally came to the register, she spent 2-3 minutes literally looking at her phone before taking my order. I used the restroom while waiting for my order. The restroom is atrocious and there was no soap. There is a sign that says employees must wash their hands before returning to work; how can employees wash their hands if their is no soap? This location has poor service and management.

Absolutely the worst smoothie king. I get smoothie king everyday from various locations. The place isn’t cheap. This is my 3rd time at this location, I wanted to give them another shot. I would drive an hour out of my way to go to another location, that’s how disappointing this location is. Staff isn’t friendly, bathrooms dirty and I get the same smoothie every time, this one was horrible. I don’t know how you make a smoothie taste like a gym sock. 3rd smoothie I’ve thrown out and all have been at this location. I would avoid.

Thanks so much for helping me order exactly what I wanted. Also subbing the peanut butter for cacao and such. Taste amazing!! Had the peanut butter chocolate, no peanut butter and added protein and energy! ? yummmm.Thanks again. Was done within 5 mins!

The owner of this business needs to act fast before these disrespectful babies you there destroy your business. Very rude,arrogant and disrespectful kids working here.They lack discipline and not helpful at all.

How is a Smoothie King out of fruit to make smoothies? I will tell you why, it’s 7:30 and the young employees decided to shut down thirty minutes early prior to closing so they can get off on time at 8pm. I guess this franchise owner will be losing revenue for every customer that attempts to order prior to closing.
