Tonight was my final time going to this Sonic the shakes are the worst never mixed properly or taste nowhere to what it should taste like . My friend got tenders as well the tenders is the worse some cooked some over cooked and then one was chewy like rubber . I told the lady that Everytime I come here for a shake compare to anywhere else the shakes here is never mixed well or taste the same. She asid I was the only person ever said that . Now I come online and everyone is saying the same. Sonic should look into the practice of this store and quality because no one is happy going here. Oh yes let's not forget the watered down slushie I got last week. I was very disappointed with that never been disappointed with a slushie until the. Does anyone check the mixture to see if the consistency is right .

Wow, I will never ever go to this Sonic location again. First of all, there were no cars in front of me and my order (not even exaggerating) took over 8 minutes to receive. It was a bad weather night, and this was on the way home. Now, I usually pop a fry or tater tot in my mouth to make sure it is hot but again, my main concern was navigating the rainy weather. I hopped back on BWI parkway, it was then I ate one of my tater tots. Horrible is an understatement. It was cold, dry, brittle and downright inedible. The burger was thrown together and not piping hot either, so the only thing I could salvage was my cherry limeade. Now comes the second level of disgust. I contacted customer service, and the story just gets worse. Got the order on 12/27, was told someone would contact me (nothing). Called them back on 1/6/25, told the same thing (nothing). Just called today 1/10/25 (after both agents hung up on me and I had to call back) and was told the same slow restaurant location was contacted and they would have to initiate a refund, and it was out of their hands. Whaaaat!. If this sounds crazy, well that's because it truly is. I've NEVER dealt with a restaurant that has given me the runaround like this. The customer service problem solving is atrocious and they give the same standard answers instead of actually helping their paying customers. Sonic was a staple when I was stationed in Florida and was pleased that they made it to Maryland, but they have definitely lost a customer. The horrible food, horrible customer service and the horrible non-existent follow-up is the reason for the rating and if they had a ZERO, that would be the rating. Do better Sonic...seriously.

Pulled up to the designated spots for online orders and delivery pick ups. NO ONE came out to help. Drove over to the spots with the menus. NO ONE answered the call when I pressed the button. Drove to the drive-thru window. I was behind two cars. I sat in line for over 20 min before I was able to get up to the window. That is ridiculous!

Went out of my way from work to get something sweet, ordered a Reese’s blast - got a big cup of vanilla ice cream topped with a little bit of Reese’s… Not blended, nothing. beings that’s what I really wanted, I was quite irritated, not to mention the area it is in seems pretty rough and run-down. I won’t be returning here again.

The photo says it all. This was supposed to be the newest queso smash burger 😞. So dry. Only one patty is in tact. Hardly any queso. No southwest sauce. No tortilla strips. Shameful . I hope the management or corporate office sees this. They charge $8.49 for this?

Workers were more worried about gossiping than taking an order. My milkshake has a streak of peanut butter in it. Peanut butter is suppose to be mixed into milkshake. Don’t advertise what you can’t make. $6 for a small milkshake that can’t even be made correctly. Thanks for not being able to do your job.
Haven't been to Sonic for ages. Thought I would try their foot long coney. I went during early daytime hours so there wasn't much wait. But the food was horrible. It was lukewarm, asked for heavy onions didn't get much, just smattering of chili sauce and sprinkled cheese which was not melted. After eating a portion of it; there was no aftertaste. Completely bland; tasteless. The only thing I could taste was the flavor of the onions which quickly dissipated. Sorely disappointment. Compare their hotdogs with one from Checkers. Checkers' hotdogs are bursting with flavor.

Stay away. This is not the Sonic you think it is. No "drive in" service, but app does not make that clear. Just the opposite--app prompts you to "enter stall number," but then nobody brings out food. Went up to the door to ask what was going on, but 2 employees looked right at me & then ignored me. Now I have a charge on my card that I have to track and dispute.
Sad. We used to love Sonic, but this location is a dump.
