The stall was broken and how to pay was unclear. After about five minutes someone came out and told us we could pay at the drive thru. Then my order was wrong wanted onion rings and got fries which he tried to charge more money for after I had paid for them. Very unsatisfied

First of all the girl the place my order was rude!I think I pronounce something wrong and she started laughing with her other coworker and then onions rings they tasted disgusting the you can tell the reused oil with something sweet🤢 they need to hired better people not with those nasty attitude

Haven't had a complaint about the Patapcso place yet, but they deliberately gave me buns with no patties on two burgers. Couldn't even get a refund, and they don't pick up the phone. I'm going to get someone fired there, y'all know what you're doing. Gave me the burritos and then did that.

This is a sonic but it feels like the legal definition of a sonic. I ordered a drink here once and it was wrong. I got the same drink again and it was correct that time. I recommend the drive through as it's very quick.

Employee could not understand what I was ordering at the drive in stall, asked me to come to drive thru. Same thing she couldn't hear/understand me there either. Very slow. They also forgot my chicken stripe and BBQ sauce. I pulled in to drivein stall to eat, but they brought out the missing items before I realized I didnt get them. Drove half an hour to have sonic since all the ones by me are closed. Was very disappointed.

Placed an order through GrubHub and didn't even get the items that were the purpose of the order, called the location and it just rang! Thanks sonic for your wonderful employees leading to my mother not having dinner she's been thinking about!!!
