This facility needs new management. Over 100 items on the menu, only 4 were available. Sonic is known for their milk shakes. NONE! Staff is unprofessional and non apologetic. Not worth the drive or time.

Go somewhere else. There is only 1 entrance, which is labeled as an exit, and I literally couldn't pay someone to do their job. I sat for 15 minutes just waiting to put in an order, and it looked like the situation was the same in the drive-through.
I ended up leaving without getting anything.

Parking: You park where you place your order, and eat there in your car as well(if the order taker even responds, that is).
Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend bringing your kids, unless you want them to see you losing your cool, borderline popping a blood vessel, from the stressful customer service here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Order from and eat right in your car. It’s Sonic.
The sonic on Pulaski Hwy needs to step it up..twice I have tried to get food or drinks and either they never have everything on the menu or they are not open..I just don't understand how this one is still surviving..I love sonic but I am deeply disappointed in this particular store branch..someday I hope to go and get the decent service that I Know sonic can apply..

They took my order and then the screen said someone was bringing it out to me. 15 minutes later I still didn't have the order and I had to push the button again and have them retake my order.

Ordered on Uber last night and I wake up throwing up. The chili tots were wrong and only had cheese. Not to mention 1 out of the 5 chicken tenders were so tough I physically couldn't bite into it. Message to the store personally: If you're not going to put time into reading order notes or just simply sending out edible food that won't sicken your customers find new staff. 3 stars as an establishment should give you a wake-up call.
I went today to get a to go order for my family and I have a somewhat big family so we order a lot. I had two I my kids with me and placed this pretty big order and the entire time the guy on the other end (I wish I knew his name) was amazing making sure he had everything correct as well as the sizes. We then expect some time to go buy knowing we got a nice size order and to my surprise maybe 5-10 minutes later they come out with everything but two drinks because she could not carry it all but she had a big beautiful smile on my face and after a long day those employees made it so much more enjoyable than the food. Whoever is training them on customer service even if it’s just family they are doing great and I hope everyone today working has a blessed weekend. I know I made a somewhat long review but it needed to be said we need more great bubbly helpful people in this world like them and I wish them the world
