Disappointing Sonic blast…barely any toppings. Cashier had NO customer service skills, didn’t say “hello”, “have a good evening” just handed me food and shut the window. I mean how difficult is it to be kind? If you don’t like people get a job that doesn’t involve the public. Management sets the tone. DO BETTER!

Dear owner, this is an excellent location. Please renovate and hire fast staff or perhaps re-train. I would also recommend another grand opening and people will come.

Don’t know what you’re going through their minds but when I’m ordering it seems like the person is taking the order. Can’t understand what I’m saying. I was trying to order two drinks and this person always gave me one when I asked him. Can you make me another one? He charged me for one so I just said I’m not going to complain, but this is a common problem.

Food was good, but insanely expensive. 5 burgers, 5 drinks and 5 mozzarella stick orders...$84! Not worth that much. Never again.

We were at a summer concert 🎶 in the same property as the Sonic. People fed their children and ate treats from Sonic and the various other vendors.

Made the mistake of coming here on my lunch break, sat at the booth with the button pressed for 20 minutes, nobody ever took my order. Meanwhile, the drive thru flew by, and was even empty at some points. My fault for coming to Sonic for the only reason anyone ever comes to Sonic, I guess.

Paid for extras and didn't get them. Ice was melted because it was sitting for over 20 mins before someone brought it out. Ordering ahead does nothing. I saw a half dozen cars go through the normal drive thru and get their order before ours. Then when it did come, the guy had a horrible attitude.. we hadn't even said anything to the guy. We ordered 3 of the same drink and some chicken for the daughter. It shouldn't have been that much of a hassle. I complained on the site and said yes to having someone contact me. No one has. So now they get this 1 star.

Rude staff, and when the lady made Sonic Blast, which I paid for extra Oreos, I got only a sprinkle on top. I thought I might’ve been in the middle or bottom, but it was all just plain ice cream. Also, just so everyone knows since we didn’t and many others didn’t either, but they don’t come outside after a certain time. Not sure when the cut-off is (we went around 10 p.m.), but they won’t come out and bring you your food even for mobile orders, and the app won’t let you enter any stall numbers either. So make sure you go through the drive-through!

Today is June 23rd, 3pm EST. The little girl delivering the food to the kiosks has a big attitude. I understand that's it's hot but I also work outside in ALL weather conditions . If delivering food is too difficult for her to do in the heat, maybe she should find a new job. THAT ATTITUDE THOUGH, that's gotta go
