Long wait for mobile order at the stall. Late-night visit around 11pm. App prompts to go to a mobile order stall and fill in the space number. Waited for 15 minutes. Car after car goes through the drive-through. No food. Went through the driveway. Was handed my food. Fries cold. I asked if they were ever going to bring it out to the stall. "Oh yeah, umm, we were coming soon..."
App needs to give drive-through pickup option, but until then, the staff needs to bring the mobile orders.
I’ve never had soggier onion rings or chicken strips that were more stale. asked for bbq sauce but didn’t get any. if any other sonic franchise offers better food ill never know because I don’t think I could convince myself to overcome this experience and try another.

They have good marketing. I spent $22.00 for a really long, cold hotdog. We were not sure what the gray hamburger meat was. So, we really spent $22.00 for tattertots and a really small coke. I did not rate the service or atmosphere... They did not matter.
