How do you stop at one of the kiosks ? I guess that’s what you would call it and they tell you to come to the drive-through. Why would I stop at one of the kiosk’s to order a meal and then you tell me to pull back around to the kiosk that’s insane.

So was very shocked on the upkeep on the outside of the building and use of the drive up speaker system at each parking location which Sonic is supposed to be known for and what makes Sonic Sonic in the first place. I’d pushed the button and waiting 10 minutes which no one answered so tried it multiple times even when the light and screen at acknowledge my presence but no response as well as another customer left theirs with no response. When going to the drive through it got worse as the outside of the building looked really bad and ran down falling apart with even display signs missing or busted out, even the brick walls looked unkempt. As I’d received my Cherry lime aid it was only Cherry lime soda with part of a lime and all what makes the drink it’s recognized for was missing “ Machino cherries”. I’d asked the girl at the window if the ingredients changed because I’ve gone to Sonic since I’d been a teenager and am now 49 so something was wrong. She said “oh you want Cherry’s?” So she put one ☝🏽 in my cup. I’d asked her if everything was okay and she said yes but from the looks of things it’s not okay. The double hamburger wasn’t fresh from the grill from what it taste like and the drink taste far from it’s signature flavor. Maybe it’s going out of business I’m not sure but sure looks like it. Even the window looks not cleaned like it should be. Very odd!!

All the drive-in stalls are closed and the check-in for online orders doesn't work.

Can’t complete orders correctly, missing a side or drink, sauces and straws and napkins. Burgers uncooked as well.

Service was consistent throughout.
I remember when this opened and the excitement with it being the first Sonic in MD. Went there for the first time in years and it was run down and almost looked vacant. Property is in horrible shape. Ordered through the app and went home and realize they shorted us some items. Not going back

Disappointing Sonic blast…barely any toppings. Cashier had NO customer service skills, didn’t say “hello”, “have a good evening” just handed me food and shut the window. I mean how difficult is it to be kind? If you don’t like people get a job that doesn’t involve the public. Management sets the tone. DO BETTER!

Dear owner, this is an excellent location. Please renovate and hire fast staff or perhaps re-train. I would also recommend another grand opening and people will come.

Don’t know what you’re going through their minds but when I’m ordering it seems like the person is taking the order. Can’t understand what I’m saying. I was trying to order two drinks and this person always gave me one when I asked him. Can you make me another one? He charged me for one so I just said I’m not going to complain, but this is a common problem.

Food was good, but insanely expensive. 5 burgers, 5 drinks and 5 mozzarella stick orders...$84! Not worth that much. Never again.
