Came here and ordered 2 oreo blast…. There were BARELY any oreos in both our blast. It was basically vanilla ice cream with oreo sprinkled at the top and only at the top, nothing mixed in. Solid 0/10 probably wont be back. Not what you pay for, very disappointing i shouldve went to dairy queen

Finally got my just pickup order after 48 hourss. Commoonn. Hire someoneee. Or train themm.. worst drive-thru service ever.. save this business. It’s losing customerss. If they wait 3 hours in line. Promise they will never be back again..CHECK DRIVE-THRU

Sonic used to have a bunch of drink deals. And I never remember them being particularly expensive. Went here today and ordered a medium blue raspberry slush and a small strawberry slush. For starters they gave me a large strawberry and a medium blue raspberry. Pictured is the strawberry slush. No additional flavors or add-ins, it was $4.99. The medium blue raspberry was $3.99. For $4 and $5, respectively I thought they were extremely overpriced. Looks like they were having some type of car meet up in the parking lot so the line was super long. But nonetheless, I thought this visit was particularly overpriced and I probably won't be back

My husband expressed a hankering for a hot dog, one he didn't have to make and I suggested Sonic. Usually this isn't a mistake. Well, let me clarify usually. I grew up in the south where Sonic was like Mickey D's, a place you can find on literally every corner. Anyway, as to save a few minutes of time, and to use it as an opportunity to earn rewards, I opted to use the app. I ordered the hot dog with onions, lite mustard and relish, (which included an extra charge) tater tots for the husband and against my better judgment, a hickory bbq cheeseburger meal for myself. The app offered a pickup time as ASAP, or to choose your own time. Although ASAP was appropriate, to give us and the restaurant additional time (in case they were busy) I chose 15 minutes which brought the time to 7:25pm. The app provided the instructions as to how to proceed upon arrival, which included pulling into any open stall and check in on the app. This is when everything went downhill. All the stalls screens were dark, but I pulled in because the menu boards were lit AND the app told me to. I put in my stall number (5), and the app continuously indicated I had a connection issue. Nonetheless, the app itself worked as I could navigate through it with ease, as well as checking external websites all worked as normal. After trying several times, I noticed a message indicating if you're unable to login, to press the red button on the panel (second travesty!) I pressed the button no less than 3 times and there was no answer, not even static or music. I then noticed we were the only patrons at a stall, as everyone else was in the drive thru. I took a mental picture (I was too frustrated to consider a physical one) of the time, which was now 7:30 as well as there was no signage to suggest the stalls were out of order.As we entered the line, it was extremely long. Hence, it took several more minutes to get to the speaker to let the worker know we were there to pick up an in app order. I immediately remarked to my husband I had an eerie feeling that our food had been prepared already, and likely was just sitting either under a warmer or just again, sitting. Lo and behold, at 7:48, we finally get to the speaker, I provide my order and the worker indicated she couldn't find it. As I couldn't get back to my app I expressed repeatedly what the order was and finally it was located. By this time it is 7:53. I'm livid because not only had I already paid for the meal (otherwise, I would've left when the app and stalls weren't working), my gut again told me what was happening with the order itself. As I prepare to leave the speaker, a vehicle swoops in front of us, nearly side swiping our car (there were 2 more vehicles in front of that one). After several more minutes, we finally get to the window around 8 pm. There was no greeting, just awkward silence. So, I go through the spiel of what my order was (I wasn't asked, but given the confused and awkward look on the worker's face, I somehow read her mind assuming it's what she wanted me to do. My annoyance at this point is now rage as I express to my husband the food will not be fresh. I'm handed the order by 8:05 pm and the hot dog - packaged separately was hot, but the 2 tots and burgers were stone cold!! Because of my rage, I didn't confront the worker, drove off and stated I would address it later as I will be contacting corporate. Upon getting home, my husband's hot dog failed to have the relish (which again costed extra) the requested lite mustard was EXTRA and there were ZERO onions!! Needless to say, this experience was horrid!! I likely will never visit this location again or another one again. Corporate, I hope you're reading this as I will be contacting you!!!

I wanted to place another order at the window. The young girl said that it’s too busy and she couldn’t place my order. She said I will have to go all the way back around to drive the place my order. I don’t really do fast food, but I guarantee you if I don’t want to McDonald’s or Burger King they just place my order.

I stopped going to this Sonic, as everytime I ordered one of their shakes ... diarrhea ! I tried several times to see if it was me or the food and drink. Its the food and drink. I do not recommend this place.
