Had a chance to check out a hidden gem on the Westside of town called Soul n Sea. At first I was leery but my stomach said no. So I ordered not knowing this was going to be something amazing!! I'm a oxtails man n let me tell you!! Baby I had to put all the food on my fork just to eat it!! Service was little slow but it was worth the wait. In baltimore u don't get to find good soulfood. We'll I found one!!

I tried the fish greens and mac & cheese. The fish was very delicious. Well seasoned as well as the greens and the mac & cheese was very delicious.with just the right amount of Cheese. Glad to hear that you guys are moving to Parkville Goodsoul Food 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

If you are looking for DELICIOUS home cooking I would highly recommend this establishment. I ordered the oxtail with Mac n cheese, yams, along with cabbage and baby they didn’t disappoint ok. I had an order of the cheese steak egg rolls that were bussin. Looking forward to my next visit🤤

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Every bite transported me back to cherished family gatherings. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic soul food!

Supported this business and spent over $100 only to wait about an hour and the food was horrible! After letting the person in the front know that the food was horrible, only took one bite, the owner wouldn’t come out front to address the issue and she told the person to tell me no refunds and no sign showed any of the sort! She was rude and never came out to address me. So basically I paid over $100 for food and didn’t even get to eat the food, she offered to remake the food. Now why would I want you to remake food that was disgusting to begin with! I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy! The food was disgusting and let’s not talk about the wait! I didn’t even want to say one star!!!

From and live in Carlisle Pa. Was in Baltimore shopping and had a taste for some soul food. I was googling up spots but none caught my attention. Something said look on Instagram, So I did and immediately the pictures caught my eyes! Put that address in my gps and was on my way. Let’s just say the food didnt stand a chance until we got home (1 hour and 50min) away. CHILE WE PARKED AND WE TORE IT DOWN 😎😬🤤🙌🏾
