I usually don’t leave reviews, and have been meaning to leave this one but this experience was awful. I found a hair in my food and when I told the staff, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no offer to fix it, just brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Totally unacceptable. The food was ruined and the customer service was even worse.

I stopped by this café recently and was really disappointed. The inside was filthy — tables were sticky, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the overall place just felt unsanitary. It completely ruined the experience, and I didn’t even feel comfortable finishing my order. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We feel so fortunate to have stopped by here. I honestly thought they were closed when we first arrived because we ate at an odd time (3 p.m.) and it was so immaculately clean. But, they jist keep it super clean, which I love and appreciate. And wow - the food!! SO delicious. If I lived in Baltimore this would be a frequent treat.

I was SO excited to see Soul Kuisine was downtown when I came back to Baltimore to visit. I used to go to their old location all the time and had really missed their food since I moved away. The food we got didn't disappoint, especially the Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes!
