Ordered beef, mushroom, and barley soup. It was starchy and too salty. It tasted like bullion cubes, like it was from a can. Meh. Maybe they put more effort into the other 20 soups on their menu. All soups are $8 for a 16 ounce paper cup full. The atmosphere is very low key and a little run down, like it's been there forever, which I think it has. I like that vibe, but it is what it is.

The food at Soup’s On is always as incredible as it gets! The menu rotates so there’s occasionally new things to try, alongside some staples. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is always quick—especially if you call and order ahead. One of my favorites in Baltimore!
