Ordered a sampler platter and it was good. Basic bar food. Bartender was meh, absent, and I felt like I was a bother. My husband had to wave her down to ask her to please get him a beverage. She wasn't busy. Just chatting with a customer. Will not return. Nice location, meh food, thumbs down service.

I had an outstanding experience at Southside Burger Bar! The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The chicken cheesesteak was a flavor explosion, and what impressed me the most was the ease in customizing every detail to suit my preferences. Super pleased that I was offered a free beer during the visit because the server accidentally poured one for what they thought someone else wanted. Instead of pouring it out, they handed it out! A definite five-star for hand food enthusiasts! Great spot!

This place is awesome to grab a bite before games. Phenomenal service. The Ralph Macchio looking guy was a great server and made our experience wonderful.
Emily is an amazing server. Always timely and attentive. Never wastes a second making sure guests are taken care of. Food is amazing and the pricing you can't beat for such a busy location!

SHE kindly obliged.Food was fresh & hot & done fast!The Classic burger (smashburger style , double patties added American) & fries.So far....it's MY FAVORITE burger spot. I have many more 2 try though. Nice flavor, meat juicy & cooked perfectly.You all can expect me a few times a month. And i will be bringing a friend. ???Fries are not the crispy kind folks. They are seasoned & taste bomb if u dont mind softer texture. Yum-myyy ??❤️ .**pics below - i wasn't given enough lettuce shreds. Add some of my own from the fridge... put #all toppings IN BETWEEN the patties. Bomb!

Absolute TRASH!!! Lemme start from the beginning the girl who took our order STEPHANIE I asked her for a black bean veggie burger and she was super sweet. My boyfriend ordered wings. We get our good I take a bite and look at my boyfriend and say I don't think this is a black bean burger. He goes and confronts Stephanie who says yeah it isn't one. I've been a VEGETARIAN for the past 10+ years never eating real meat Aka she's lucky I'm not in the hospital. I confront Stephanie and she just replies saying I hate my job and don't care if I served you the wrong order. No apology and proceeds to say to me do you wanna fight cause I don't give a shit that I messed up your order. This is the absolute worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and fire Stephanie she obviously hates her job lol and Vegetarian be aware!!!!!!! Please be very careful with what you eat if you have any dietary restrictions.

They were very accomodating and extremely nice. They got all my keto requests correct. I ordered a bunless double burger with grilled onions and it did not disappoint. Was very flavorful and I had all my fixins on the side. Even kept my sauerkraut cold. The woman who placed my order as well as the man who cooked my food were so polite.
Food was great. Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and the fries and onion rings were nice and crispy. Staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed and best pasty, the prices were reasonable! Will be back

Wish I can experience the food from this place. I’ve visited 2 times and each time ive dealt with the rudest humans ever. Just now I arrive I make eye contact with the lady and she see me coming yet she walks away from the register, fine you’re busy. So I continue to look at menu and sit there for 10 more minutes mind you it’s only me in line and I’m on my work lunch break. After another 5 mins of waiting I turn around to order from the wonderful HK seafood place who was able to accommodate me right away with no issues. Once I’m done ordering I turn back around and what do I see… the young lady has returned and now she’s taking orders from another lady who got in her line. Maybe just bad luck for me, but I’m very certain she seen me coming to order and I’m very concerned with the lack of customer service displayed when I arrived to the register.

Best burger I've had in Baltimore! Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I've been having a craving to come back ever since. Went back today, and it was excellent again. Friendly, quick service, with TVs to watch sports while you eat. Not much more you can ask for! This will be my permanent burger spot in Baltimore.
