My mom and I went flea market shopping and when hunger struck, we turned to Google for breakfast recommendations. Spoon restaurant exceeded our expectations with its amazing food. We were promptly seated around 10:00 AM, and I'm already planning to return next Saturday.

The blueberry pancakes were amazing! I didn’t even need to use syrup because the blueberries were so sweet. I get breakfast here every time I visit Baltimore because the food is consistently amazing.

The place is small but not as small as blue moon 1. We ordered coffee, 2-2-2 with french toast and turkey sausage, the chicken fry, pancakes, and grits. There was no flavored creamer but they do have the liquid flavors. The food as was DELICIOUS! Grits with cheese was made to perfection! My man said the pancake and chicken fry was top tier. My 2-2-2 was gone! I cleared my plate. We went on Monday and currently making reservations for Saturday.

Food was delicious. Jokingly, it seems like they just make you wait whatever time they tack on the front door just because they can There is plenty of wasted space upstairs. What they don't mention, is they tack on an 18% gratuity if you are seated upstairs - if you're tipping properly, it's not an issue anyway. Would just be nice to have had it mentioned before being seated up there. Otherwise, delicious food, knowledgeable servers, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Had a reservation for two asked the hostess if we could add a chair from another table of four that had only three people seated. The dining room was otherwise empty( three tables occupied). The waitress asked if they could accomadate and the again said no. Bad customer service. We left so I have no comment about food.In response to your response. Your hostess could simply have explained this but she was not the nicest person and just said no and shook her head. It's cool. It's all in how you respond and her response was from a place of no and offered no explaination. It makes a big difference. The time it took for you to respond to my review, your hostess could have taken the same time to explain that. Instead she simply said no and said are you staying or not, let me know! How you communicate is key

Flew up from Florida and decided on an early breakfast here at Spoons and was certainly not let down at all. With a chorizo burrito and Mr Bs bowl ?????. My lady got the burrito and spoke so highly of it over quality, flavor and quantity. The bowl I got was so phenomenal. The only personal thing I wasn't a fan of was the large cut onions in the potatoes, personal preference nothing negative on the kitchen.I heavily recommend this place for a meal you won't be disappointed!!

Everything was outstanding. From the food to the service we had a perfect brunch here. We got the greasy spoon (subbed ham for the bacon) and the banana pancakes, all delicious!

Spoons Cafe is a delightful brunch spot, exuding a cozy ambiance accented with a great vibe inside and lots of plants at the entrance. The service is quick and they ensure you're promptly served. The biscuits are great, and I recommend the Rock Bison biscuit sandwich. The biscuit is tasty and not too dry, and the sandwich is packed with flavors. If you're craving a leisurely brunch, Spoons delivers on both exceptional vibes and delicious food. A great brunch spot overall.
